When I went there for the first time, I was treated very nicely as a new client. However, Iām moving forward it was not a pleasant experience. I wanted to frequent this business being that it is close to my hair salon, however, I really do not feel like Customer Service is a top priority. After my first appointment, I was not able to book my next appointment right away. I was forced to wait as the calendar was booking up with new client appointments as well. I believe the business was expanding so I was told to wait until the renovations were done to get on the calendar again. This defeating the purpose of me having a regular facial experience, however, I booked anyway. My main priority was to have acne treatment facial. I understood that the first initial appointment would be general and based on getting to know my face and skin. When I booked my second appointment, I specifically selected the acne facial. However, when I went to my second appointment, I was treated like a new client. I had to fill out all the new client forms all over again, I explained to the girl that it was not my first time there, but she continued with the new client questions instead of looking at my profile. Then she started working on my face with the same general facial. I got the first time I was there. I explained to her that that was not why I came there, I came in specifically for an acne treatment , and that I did not want to be charged for a facial I did not request, I would like to work on my acne problem. Only one I was about to leave the room did she change to the Acne routineā¦. My sister also has a similar facial issue, so I chose to purchase a facial for her as well as a Christmas gift. She scheduled an appointment, but however, was not able to keep the appointment due to Covid exposure. At one point, I try to schedule another appointment for myself even though I was not super happy with the service, my skin care needed to be a priority, weāre trying to get on the calendar as an existing client was extremely complicated for no reasonā¦.When I realize my sister didnāt really seem interested in Getting regular facials, I requested a refund being that I paid for a service that was never performed. I was dragged along for over a month with the impression that my purchase transaction was being looked into, only to receive a response today that too much time has passed and they will not be giving me a refund. I wouldnāt leave the house without a full face of makeup in fear of judgement. I tried not only top of the line products but drug store brands as well. Years and years passed and nothing helped however that soon changed after meeting Gigi and Mimosa. After one session Gigi was able to have my skin looking revitalized. Within the first few treatments as well as the first few weeks of my new daily routine I noticed substantial results.
