Don't you fee more happy when you meet a sales person who will meet you at your level and walk you through the process of your purchasing so smooth with a good knowledge of the product and smile which makes your day. YES That was our experience with "Sammer" Store Manager at Mattress Firm (Woodbridge Center Drive) Moment we walked into the store, I looked at and seat and sleep on one of the mattress by the entrance door. Store manager did not even get a chance to greet us. We asked Sammer( Store Manager) that we are looking for an extra firm mattress. She was to the point and showed us mattress which had Extra Firm option available. She did not even try to convince us to look for different options. That's the kind of sales person we always look for who meets at the customer level and their needs.

Once we decided which mattress we will be going with, she asked us to let's discuss what else we need or she can offer us. Best thing which we personally liked about Sammer that she was giving us a good offer even though she was not aware of that we will be purchasing more than 1 mattress.Once we told her that we will purchase more mattress, very politely and with a great smile she gave us a good offer which we can not deny and make use more comfortable to go with Mattress Firm at Woodbridge Center.

I was just at the Woodbridge store with my husband and my service dog that I had put in a shopping cart from a neighboring store so he was contained once I open the door and entered the store the woman that claim to be the manager was very rude and told me to get out of the store with that dog,I was planning to meet make a major purchase at the store I even called in advance to make sure that there will be time for a sales person to be available. I was there to purchase a king size adjustable bed but the woman was so rude and insisted that I get out of the store or she would call the police because my dog was in the store I have never heard of a store having a policy like this when you have a service dog ,I am so disgrace and offended by this Woman I did not catch her name but I believe like she said she is the manager of the mattress firm Woodbridge New Jersey location across from Wegmans again she threatened to call the police for what reason again I am so offended and taken back by this woman and how disgusting and I had no professional Manner whatsoever I would not recommend this store whatsoever no matter what the price is even if they were giving away mattresses for free I am planning on making a complaint with the corporate office as well but do not go to the store if you’re looking to purchase a mattress from someone,That discriminate it right from the door opened very unprofessional!!! I won’t deny that I went to see the options with respect to comfort and cost-effectiveness of mattresses with no intentional to purchase right away. While I did not want to try every product, the sale person welcomed me an an empty store full of mattress with no visitor except me. I was not allowed to even leave the store unless I agree to buy something. Sale person was eventually a top seller of mattress in the whole NJ and was referring that it is the only best choice as compared to all other brands or any other stores. This person made me really uncomfortable and a bit anxious as i received a lot of comments on my decision making skills. I believe, those who want to have peaceful sleep in a nice mattress should avoid visiting this store.
