Im not one for writing reviews . However I want to give you all an heads up. I purchased a $10 balloon. The helium did not last longer than 2 hours .How can one enjoy their balloons surprise , if the helium (balloon) doesn’t last long enough to do so. I also know from previous ballon purchases not to leave balloon in a car, which as did NOT do . I took the ballon back , thinking they would honor their items purchased from their store only. One guy told me just before they were closing that it will cost another $10 bucks to refill , but they were closed. Why should a customer pay full price to refill a balloon that deflated before it can even be used. So I went back the next day and a lady told me it’s will cost $8 bucks to refill . Still ridiculous. I mentioned, that I would consider maybe half the price , yet even still why should I end up paying $15 from the initial $10 purchase. I asked to speak to the manager , he then walks over already not interested, not showing any concern, or empathy . The manager says they cannot refill the balloon, Once it leaves the store . I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service . I asked where does it even says that , and why wouldn’t you consider helping this one time? He then moves some items out of the way on a shelf and pointed to a small sign which was actually covered by store items. Not in clear sight for any customer to see. He proceeds to walk away. These small businesses need to show appreciation for their customers . I don’t think I was asking for a lot. Just a problem (to know fault of my own ), that they could have easily help resolve. It will be a very very very long time before I purchase anything from there , especially balloons . They do not honor their products nor their customers. BE AWARE IN PURCHASING BALLOONS FROM THIS BUSINESS , WHEN THEY DEFLATE SUPER FAST they will not be interested in resolving the issue or respect you...

I threw out my receipt when I left the store but showed them my Apple wallet charge from the same location and what time I was there. Both cashiers were pretending they don’t remember us. Kept complaining if we dont have a physical receipt we can’t do anything. Then despite my apple wallet showing I was there an hour ago she kept saying “this can’t be from an hour ago you definitely left it in the car since the morning”. I actually turned around and returned everything I bought after checking out because the cashier was so nasty to me for no reason at all. The only thing I could think of is that I asked her to take a spinner off that I didn't know was two dollars instead of one because there was no sign saying that. I am guessing because of that she was very nasty to me. I also witnessed her being nasty to a woman who was about 90 years old In front of me. This sweet old lady asked for help tying a balloon onto the holder that she paid for and the cashier wouldn't help her .
