Ok this was a MISS for me. I just got back from brunch Good: Brunch was ALOT I felt like I was at an Italian feast. Food was good. Cons: I made a reservation ONLINE on their website for 11:30 am. Their flyer said brunch was at 11:00 to 2:00. We arrived at 11:30 nobody was in the place; only workers putting food out. When we entered I told the manager we had a reservation and they couldn't find it, nor was it written down. It was a good 60 seconds of them finding out what happened and talking to each other. It felt everyone was in a panic. I also showed the manager an email. After 60 seconds and everyone saying “the other room has been full of resvervations, I finally said, "Ok can we just sit at the bar nobody is here.” They agreed to put us at a table in the empty dining room which was great. SO basically we waited 45 MINUTES for food to be placed out. Finally we saw people getting up to get their food. My partner got up and said, "How come they are getting food and nobody told us we were waiting 45 minutes." If the staff were off their phones for two minutes this would not of happen. EVERYONE was on their phones. Like every review on here they said the food was good, but the staff is lacking. This is not a good first impression to make at all. I will not be returning, and as I told my partner I would come back with a group if they got their stuff together. Consistently Exceptional — A Local Gem

We’ve visited Evolution several times for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and each experience has been outstanding. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — truly high quality across the board.

On our most recent visit for lunch, I ordered the special: scallops with butternut squash risotto. It was absolutely divine — rich, perfectly balanced, and generously portioned. I even had enough left over to enjoy again for dinner.

Brunch at Evolution is, in my opinion, one of a kind in our area. The variety is impressive, with something to please every palate — even our teenagers were thrilled. The bottomless mimosas are a fun and welcome touch, especially given the already great value.

Dinner has been just as memorable. I’m particular about steak, and their ribeye did not disappoint — cooked to perfection and full of flavor.

Our next quest is to head over and watch football and try the free halftime buffet!

Beyond the food, what truly sets Evolution apart is the atmosphere and the owners. The space is upscale, spotless, and thoughtfully renovated. We especially enjoy sitting at the bar, where the wine selection and seasonal cocktails are top-notch. The owners are warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest.

My soul mate Karen and I have been wanting to try evolution for awhile now….yesterday Friday May 16 we finally did….and WOW…it was awesome….we arrived 4:00 pm and left at 8:30 pm….from the second we arrived Dina our bartender was awesome …filling us in on everything….we told her we traveled a long way (little falls)🤣….we hit it off …we like to sit at the bar….she told us her fiancé and his partner Danny were the owners…turns out Karen and I know Joe Aquino for years….and his late mom we worked together for years….awesome family….we will definitely be back….we had the Italian nachos….outstanding….the ahi tuna salad awesome…after Dina shift her son Chris was our bartender …I asked him what burger he recommended…he said my version …a rare burger, Taylor ham, bacon, Cheddar Cheese, and a chicken cutlet with honey mustard and hot mustard one of the best burgers I ever had only thing missing was an egg…Dina and Chris made sure we always had water and a fresh drink…always asking everything okay need anything…Joe and Danny came around many times….if you are looking to try a new spot …want some where different to go…Evolution is the spot…not a sports bar / restaurant….just your friendly family bar/restaurant to be...
