Better On A Bagel — Restaurant in Woodland Park

My experience with better on a bagel has been nothing but bad I’ve given them plenty of chances to get it right with my sandwich so yesterday I ordered 2 eggs with cheese on a toasted plain bagel with pepper and ketchup only so I went over my order 2 times and when I got home it was completely wrong so I called them and the guy who takes the orders told me to bring it back I told him that I live a half hour away and I only go there because my son likes their bagels so he told me to eat the sandwich and whenever I come back he will give me a sandwich for free well he once again lied I went there this morning and he told me unfortunately he can only give me a discount I said that’s not what you said to me yesterday . He said I’m sorry I said yes you are sorry it’s bad enough that the place is a dump but come on to say one thing and then not honor your words is another I’ve given this place plenty of chances to get it right but every time there’s a problem they should figure something out then they wonder why they get so many complaints. This place has horrible service! Avoid at all costs. I haven't been here in 20 something years and moved back into town. My partner and friends are going away for the weekend and I thought to go here and get bagels since the other stores in the area are lacking. I was greeted by a boy in a red shirt and an accent laughing at me to cops. I said Good Morning, and may I get a couple of mix bagels in a bag, and one raisin bagel. Very rude the worker in front of everyone, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN MIX?" I said any bagel you want. After that I asked for a tub of cream cheese. The worker showed me a medium size, I asked, "May I have a bigger one?" He goes, "A BIGGER ONE!!!?!!" I said yes Im feeding a bunch of friends right now, what is the issue?" He goes, "Well you are the one who is paying." WHAT?!! I said this is very unprofessional and left. What a nightmare of a bagel shop. I went somewhere else instead. No wonder no-one goes here. I love this place. Loyal customer for about 4 years now. I have never been their early early in the morning like between opening 5:30 am- 9:00am so i cant tell you how busy they are then but we go on Saturday mornings or Sunday mornings to get breakfast to go, and its always fresh and made to order. The owner is always so sweet and makes sure that your order is done correctly. I used to live with my parents and they live about 5 minutes from this place, now that i moved to Pennsylvania I miss this place so much! Every time we come down from PA -NJ we are sure to stop and get breakfast here during our stay. Clifton has a lot of bagel shops, but this one is by far the best in the surrounding area. Dont limit yourself to just breakfast either! Their BLT & Chicken cutlet sandwich are the BOMB definitely worth trying and the prices...
