We were married in 2005. We bought our rings from here - but it was the small original location on the Square in Woodstock. In August of 2020 my husband realized his ring had broken/cracked. He is a construction worker and this job is hard on the ring. He took the ring back and they said it could be repaired - we wouldn't even notice it had ever been broken. We were later called and told the ring was brittle from years of abuse and they could not guarantee the repair it would break again. Did we want them to remake a new ring - identical to the original? After a day or two of pining over this choice he decided he did not want a different ring. A day or so later the ring was finished- it looked good, they had sized the ring up 2 sizes and repaired the crack and polished it out. We picked the ring up on Sat. 9/4/20 it cost a little over $190. Today 9/9/20 he realized while driving home from work ~ the ring had fallen off and was gone. 🙄🥺😥 When I called Jennifer said-"well did it feel loose when he picked it up?" 🙄😒 When we picked it up he said to me - it feels looser than the original ring, do you think its going to fall off? I said, they know what they're doing. 🤯 So, wedding ring is gone after 4 days. We are very sad. I do blame the jeweler. Update- The jeweler has responded- Not sure what to say beyond - we will think it over. There are no "medical " reasons as to why the ring fell off. My husband is a young healthy man. It was sized up too much. The "brittle condition" had nothing to do with why it fell off. I thank you...

This is so incredibly overdue, but honestly words cannot do justice how amazing this place is. When I was getting ready to propose, I felt like there was an immense amount of pressure to get the engagement ring absolutely PERFECT as a tangible symbol of our relationship. And somehow, the magical beings that work here were able to make that a reality. My fiancé has told me how much she loves her ring no less than 100 times since proposing, and each and every time it makes me just as giddy as the moment I put it on her for the first time. Every single member of their team is absolutely outstanding and committed to giving you a truly exceptional experience. They continue to say they will continue to work until your jewelry is absolutely perfect, and they earnestly mean it. There are not enough positive things that I can say about them. And if you needed any other reason, I currently live in California, and even still, I can promise you with 100% certainty, every single piece of jewelry I purchase for the rest of my life will be from this store....

I am blown away by my experience at Studio 2015 this week. My mother-in-law needed assistance with a set of pearls, a ring and a broken pin. Each of these pieces have significant sentimental value to her. First, Tracy took the ring and polished it so it looks like a brand new piece of jewelry. She also provided knowledgeable and professional input about the traits of the stone and band. This ring was given to my mother-in-law by one of her sisters at her high-school graduation almost 60 years ago. Next, Vickie assessed the strand of pearls given to my mother-in-law by her husband about 52 years ago. Vicky provided valuable information about the pearls themselves and how to get them safely restrung. Lastly, Brett did an OUTSTANDING job repairing a broken pin in the shape of a hammer. Not only was the hammer head broken from the handle, a previous amateur attempt to repair it made matters worse. This pin was given to my mother-in-law by another sister almost 40 years ago and she has worn it faithfully every day since, because this sister, tragically, passed from breast cancer while only in her 30's. I was speechless when I saw the pin. Unbelievably, it looks BRAND NEW. Brett is a magician! I highly recommend Studio 2015 for any jewelry need you may have. They are literally the best in...
