Stadium Theatre — Attraction in Woonsocket

So I went to a concert this Saturday night at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket RI to see Hollywood Nights. I have been going to the Stadium Theatre for years. I would go to the back of the Stadium Theatre parking lot and the attendant would park us there or across the street. They would charge $10 to park . The theatre attendant has not been there the last couple of years so there was no charge to park. So this Saturday night after the concert when I came out to get in my car I was surprised and shocked to see and find out that my car and at least 8 other cars had been towed from the parking lot across the street where the theatre parking attendant had been parking us previously. So my wife who just had a knee replacement 3 months ago and I and all the other people who were in shock and many who were 60-70 and 80 plus years old had to make our way at 11pm in the dark to the Interstate Towing Corp Which took at least 30 minutes or more to get there. So the towing company told me that the parking lot got taken over by the building next door this year and also that the Stadium Theatre in March had started sending out emails for people who bought tickets. But they stopped sending emails with the ticket sales and that is where the problem is. They should have kept sending emails for the remainder of the year. For all the people who have been going there for years were left in the dark. So I just called the Stadium Theatre a couple days later and talked to a woman and explained what happened and she told me that 1) They never charged $10 for parking which is a lie, maybe she has not been there long enough . Also 2) That there was a sign from the building not to park there. But first of all all the concert goers are not looking for signs in the dark and we have been parking there for years. Where looking to park and get in as soon as possible, we all have been parking there for a long time. We don't know if Stadium Theatre has a contract to park there on event days. They never told us not to park there. The problem is they should have continued to email everyone when they sold them the ticket for the remainder of this year. This ticket manager I talked to from The Stadium Theatre was very rude and she did not care that most these people are 60,70, and 80 years old and are very dependent on there cars. She did not care that we all had to pay an additional $130 towing fee. What was important to her from the conversation I got was that her ticket sales were more important than the patrons. I'm very disappointed with the lack of compassion from Stadium Theatre Ticket...
