Sunrise Pizza & Creamery — Restaurant in Woonsocket

Ever since i moved to cumberland and discovered sunrise it was one of my favorite places to eat for wraps and pizza UNTIL tonight. My boyfriend and i ordered what we usually get for sandwhiches an odyssey wrap & a large steak bomb xtra cheese (which costs xtra) w/cheese on top he went and picked it up which is about a 15 minute drive from our house and when we sat down to eat his steak bomb there was absolutly NO CHEESE on it what so ever! thats not the main issue, when we called to say about the fact there was no cheese the man on the phone was extremely rude and INSISTED that there was cheese on the sandwhich!!! i said no there is absolutly no cheese he put someone else on the phone who im assuming was the cook who also said there was cheese on this sandwhich and that it must have "melted in"... I ASKED FOR EXTRA CHEESE WITH CHEESE ON TOP..so you mean to tell me that your regular amount of cheese, plus the extra cheese and the cheese on top all "MELTED"?!? and virtually disappeared?!? at this point i was livid in the fact im being told that im wrong and there is cheese on a sandwhich that is NOT IN FRONT OF THEM AND ONLY IN FRONT OF MY BOYFRIEND AND I which we can both CLEARLY TELL there is NOT any cheese.. now i said listen im a loyal customer you can look up my number we come there all the time and have never had a single complaint i can not believe this is how you would treat a loyal customer, i said please just next time we come in compliment the sandwhich that you messed up and we came out of our way to get.. he says he cant do that. i said ok then i want to just bring all this food back and i would like a full refund you have lost a loyal customer, THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT EVEN REFUND ME?!. now im outraged.. they hung up on me. i called back and asked for the owners name and number and i was told again, they wouldnt give me even that!! i said im going to come there with the police and i want my refund and they told me to "bring everybody" i hung up in complete disgust!!!!.. id give them no stars, because good food does not outweigh how you treat the customers who keep you in buisness!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU PLAN ON CHECKING YOUR FOOD IMMEDIATLY AS TO BE SURE THERE ARE NO MISTAKES BECAUSE THEY WILLL TELL YOU YOUR WRONG AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO...

July 5 th 2025 My last few experiences with these guys has made me decide I'll never go back. My first negative experience was after I ordered online, it took over an hour and 30 minutes to get my food. And when I called wondering where our food was, the woman was very rude. All I had ordered was a sub and two salads with a 2 liter. There was at least one or two other times that the food took well over an hour to receive. But it was my next experience really put the icing on the cake. I ordered online, 2 Subs, jalapeno poppers, and a two liter. An hour went by, they finally show up. My friend opens up the food and realizes there's no jalapeno poppers, and also that both of our subs were wraps. We called back the store and told them that they gave us the wrong food, and forgot the jalapeno poppers. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, he called the delivery driver and he confirmed with us that he had mixed up the sandwiches and that they were for another delivery that he was on. The driver showed up a few minutes later with our Subs, but no jalapeno poppers. Then he asked for the other sandwiches back because he had to deliver it to the next customer. Mind you, my friend and I had already opened up the sandwiches and touch them with our hands. We we're totally disgusted that he was going to try and deliver food we had already opened up and touched to someone else. It made me wonder if this had ever happened to us when ordering from here! We called the store and told them what happened, this time it was a woman. She was rude, and didn't seem to care at all, just kept giving us "uh-huh, uh-huh" like we were bothering her with our complaint. She did say she'd give us a credit for the jalapeno poppers that we didn't get, but at this point I'm chalking it up for a loss. All in all, I will never be going back here. Food sucks the workers and owners are extremely rude and when u try to report the issue with the worker to the owners they not only support it but they deny that it happened and they even get in your face and defend the disrespect!!! The delivery driver is rude and disrespectful..He needs to learn...
