Woonsocket Palace Pizza — Restaurant in Woonsocket

This place closes at 12 AM which is a great time for if you want to eat on the late night but I had the worst experience on the first time ordering from this place the food was disgusting I placed the order for delivery and I had to call back one hour and a half later for them to tell me that they were closing so then I was forced to get up out my bed and go pick up my food I ordered a large steak and cheese with everything on it except for hots I also ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra feta cheese they made my steak and cheese wrong and it look like they made it earlier just steak and cheese in the sub was just laying there because the meat was really dry when I contacted them after closing time since I just made it around 11:57 PM to obtain my food they told me there was nothing that they can do and that they made it exactly how I ordered it I go to local pizza shops in my area and everyone knows me to where they know my order I have been ordering the same thing for years the manager in the owner are extremely ignorant and do not deserve buisness I really feel like they rob me over $23 so petty I’m not posting this to try to make people not use these guys but I’m just letting you know if he was to ever run into a situation like I did it makes you feel low and belittled by people that are supposed to be community workers I do not recommend this place For my family but you are more than welcome to use them on your own hopefully these guys get it together and learn better...

First time ordering from this place. Ordered 1 large Veggie Pizza, 1 Large Palace Special Pizza with Hamburger, Pepperoni, Sausage, Onion, Green Pepper, Mushroom. Large Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken extra Greek Dressing. Total came out to almost $50. We ordered in since was on the drive home. Order took about 20 minutes to be ready. Which was responsible since they were having a lot of orders for delivery. The pizzas are a typical house pizza size. Meaning not small like Dominoes. The Greek salad is HUGE! The pizza's were under cooked, all wet underneath, soggy. Kids were not fans! The toppings were fresh, which is great. Light sauce on them as well. But eh, I wouldn't be going back for the pizzas personally. Let's get to the salad which was my dinner, and lunch the next day, plus the rest thrown out. Yes, it was that BIG!! Fresh salad all veggies were green and delicious. Lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, onion, green peppers, fresh feta cheese, Greek olives, yellow peppers. The griddled chicken was so tasty. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. Large chunks on top of the salad. Served with Greek salad and pita bread. Honestly well worth the $9.95- might of been more because I added the chicken. Overall was a good experience would we try this place again. Absolutely I'll ask for well done on the pizza if the family wants to give it a shot! I know what I'll be getting again 😂...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER!! Mind you I eat here almost everyday, always leave a tip & never have had an issue, until YESTERDAY!!! I ordered the garlic cheese bread which was LITERALLY just a roll of bread with some cheese & garlic seasoning in it.. didn’t even leave the premises, tried a bite of it and was absolutely disgusted, so went inside to ask for a refund & the owner VERY RUDELY told me no& gave me an attitude & even though I stated I order from them ALL THE TIME he told me he doesn’t care to lose my business. I will NEVER eat here again, despite how much I love the food ; I will not be treated like that or talked to like that! I’ve seen plenty of bad reviews where they wrote back & tried to reconcile their wrong doings, but the fact that I walked right back in the store & let them know I was an unsatisfied customer and got talked to the way that I did… You’ve lost this...
