Today I went to kfc with my parents it’s like a tradition lol, sandwiches were amazing actually we had one issue with the crispy chicken bucket it was mushy ? Color was off over all bad.. I didn’t ask for any names gentleman in front was very helpful very nice as well there was a women that was wearing stripes she was a little combative however there wasn’t anything disrespectful that was said. we got that figured out after exchanging words felt uncomfortable being in front of ppl with a cane trying to ask if we can either instead of getting chicken again and having to take that chance, we just asked if we could get some sandwiches and apparently we couldn’t do that so we agreed on waiting for a fresh batch people were waiting for their food in line listening Awkwardddd Anyways we waited for a new batch Moral of the story we wanted to return a item African American lady who came from the back she was wearing all black she understood my mother’s frustration with most professional way ever going back and forth to the front is already the worst feeling ever, but that lady is awesome! Read moreI had left my phone on one of the tables. When I returned to pick It up the nice cashier had ran to the back to grab it for me. Upon returning it to me the manager that's on rite now proceeded to yell at her for being back there infront of the whole store. Even after she had tried to explain to her manager what was going on she proceeded to yell. I had stepped in to apologize as I felt the way she was being talked to was very belittling and extremely uncalled for. As a person in a leader ship roll I know how hard it is to find good employees if I spoke to my peers that way I don't belive I would have any. As she is in a leadership roll she should already know that it is in no way acceptable to speak to other employees in that manner especially in front of customer and she should definitely take a class on how to communicate with others in the work place. If I was that young lady I would have walked rite out. I strongly feel somthing needs to be done about this as this is not the first time I have herd her yell at other employees. Read moreI multiapp so I frequent random grab bags of restaurants everyday. I've never suffered the way I did last night. I arrived to pickup an order at 9, the girl at the front counter tells me the chicken just came up, 5 minutes...they are not busy, there's only 1 other person in the lobby and drivethrough is not busy. I stood there making eye contact with her every opportunity and 25 minutes later she tells me that the order was picked up? I go by who? nobody else came in and you guys never put out a order that had a drink (aka one that could have been mine). She told me that it was picked up and that the customer should be fine. I look at my app and the customer is actively calling me upset that they have not received the food. Yeah no, the employees just steal food and you burn my time, my money, waste my effort, and make me look foolish? No, I'm a VIP top class on every single app that I deliver on. Trust me I'm going to put in complaints and nitpick EVERY single possible moment at this KFC until it sinks into the earth and ceases to exist.
