I have gotten facial laser hair removal treatments at other locations prior Too coming to this location, so I am knowledgeable on how the process works and what results I should get. This is just my experience, and I informed the owner without asking for anything in return. On my 1st treatment here, I was skeptical because normally, I lose my hair after a treatment within 3 weeks to a month. The hair always comes back within about 6-8 months, but I always notice less hair each treatment. At this location, on my 1st treatment, it took a month and a 1/2 almost 2 months to see the hair follicles fall out. Not seeing results within a month, I asked for a refund for the treatment I had scheduled for a month later. With no argument, the owner was nice enough to refund me for the amount that I paid for the next treatment because I wasn't happy. She was also very informative and detailed in her experience. I returned because although it took a little longer, it was explained to me that they started me at a lower level laser treatment, so it takes a little longer. I rated them a 3 because the next 2 treatments didn't do anything for me. I went through 2 treatments, but what little hair I had did not go anywhere. The owner did offer to give me a complimentary treatment on them, but I do not trust that anything will change. 2 of the (techs) there, although they have a license, they lack the experience. It looks like employees come and go because I had a different girl every time. Like I said this is just my experience. The owner is such a great woman and good help is hard to find right now. I recently visited this spa for a facial focused on comedone extractions, choosing it specifically because it’s a medical spa and only med spas can use surgical needles if needed. However, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The esthetician was friendly, but she didn’t perform any extractions at all—neither with a needle nor without one—despite that being my main reason for booking. The products felt low-quality, and the tools—like the frozen globe balls—seemed like inexpensive items you could find on Temu. The globe balls caused uncomfortable friction due to a lack of serum, making the experience feel less professional.

When she finished and asked if the facial was everything I expected, I brought up the lack of extractions and asked why a surgical needle wasn’t used. She explained that they only use needles for inflamed areas and claimed I didn’t have “that many” comedones. This was frustrating, as I had several, and the whole point of going to a med spa was for a more thorough extraction process. Instead, the service felt very basic, more like what I’d expect from a standard spa, not a med spa. Came here for a facial , new client , Nicole was wonderful I felt relaxed and my skin was glowing after , also the massages were an extra plus , but the last twenty min of my facial I can here the conversations at the front desk literally word for word so it was kind of hard to relax at that point I’d suggest speaking lower while your clients are getting facials etc. The nurse injector super sweet for some quick Botox while I was there , when It came time to pay I didn’t get the ten percent off for new client so ofcourse I mentioned it , they felt kind of unorganized and it wasn’t as friendly service as I’d like it to be atleast the girl checking me out so giving a star off for service and lack of putting customer first and giving a friendly atmosphere .
