This location service is so shit when their managers are there. The white short skinny lady with blonde hair and the bigger bald tatted white guy….. the attitude is insane. They’re very salty and quick to snap at you and not allow you to speak. Very defensive for no good reason. The girl made my drink incorrectly…. This is the second time they make it with whole milk when the request was soy…. For dietary/ allergy reasons….. they will not realize unless you mention it. In this case when she heard me say soy at the window she took the drink back because she realized she made it with whole milk….. the other time I had to come back and the guy who usually makes my drinks right told me it was made with whole milk because the girl at the cashier didn’t type soy. Like why can’t they just do their job and be attentive ? So it’s my fault for asking them to remake it??? Take accountability.
$8-9 for a drink is valid for me to not leave until I’m satisfied. As most people would agree. We’re paying and being loyal customers there’s no reason to be rude and make customers uncomfortable.
I had to tell the white man at the window to let me speak…. He barely asked me what I needed and I barely got to explain what had happened … (again barista’s fault) not to mention me waiting at the window for a while for a straw…. Her coming back confused. They’re just confused. The girls are always chatting and frolicking around. Nobody wants to do their job these days and it’s the customer’s fault??? Don’t come to the window defensive when you don’t even know what’s happening.
I do not like how the white man spoke to me today, and when I went to park my car I saw him staring at me from a far…. Like what more do you want????
I hate to be a Karen or a problematic person. But I hate to be put in these situations and not speak up for myself. Especially when I’m not in the wrong. No need for the embarrassment. I’m a loyal customer I come here almost everyday. Now I’m not comfortable doing so considering you just embarrassed me in front of the employees. The entitlement from management is crazy. I’m the one paying you, should I have been rude you should still do your job right.
Very weird. Very rude. I’d avoid this location. I come here almost everyday. I’d rather be a paying customer elsewhere.
Besides that there’s a few great baristas there. I’d hope find a better job opportunity with amazing...
Read moreI absolutely love this Starbucks, so I am very saddened to have to write this review... and it is all because of one person. It's true how one bad apple can truly ruin the bunch. I believe this man is a manager in the mornings and he is an absolute tyrant. He is a white, bald man, I believe his name is Chris? He is unpleasant, unkind, and frankly beyond disrespectful. This goes for the customers, but specifically to the other employees. Every morning when I get my coffee, I see this man barking orders and berating his employees. He seems to talk down to them so much that they look so beaten down and sad. It's incredibly heartbreaking to see. These employees are clearly just trying to do their jobs and he's making it impossible. On the other hand, the baristas themselves are AMAZING! They are the ONLY reason I gave this store more than one star. I often interact with them and they are delightful and beyond helpful. Most of them, of course. However, when I have to interact with the bald, white man, my day instantly gets worse. I hope a higher up sees the reviews regarding this man specifically, and does something about it. Or even better, I hope HE sees them and checks himself. Because his behavior is just unacceptable. To this Chris guy, you have amazing employees and you need to treat them with respect. Do better... Or you will be the demise of your store. That I...
Read moreIt saddens me deeply to leave a negative review. I’ve been a customer at this location off and on for some time now. In store or drive thru never a bad experience until today. I casually was waiting on my ride (I’d previously ordered) as I’m waiting I’m quite air pods in at the moment the only in store seated customer. The workers in the beginning seemed to be very pleasant until I heard the comment from the one of the workers “yea she’s irritating me too I hope she leave soon” I look around maybe their talking about a coworker but couldn’t have because they were to friendly with each other. I soon realized it was ME they were talking about. I didn’t make a fuss a commotion my ride was approaching so I quietly left. As a woman of color I find it extremely uncomfortable disrespectful for Starbucks employees to stand behind the counter in the open store talking disrespectfully about customers. As a former partner myself I know Starbucks doesn’t condone discrimination let alone disrespect from their employees. Again I am deeply saddened to have to leave such a negative review I am so disappointed in this location’s behavior of...
