Pass It On Thrift Center — Attraction in Worth Township

How this thrift store always gets voted as one of the best in the area is beyond me. Maybe because it’s pretty spacious? Otherwise it’s full of average-at-best product with ridiculous prices. The most infuriating thing of all is their “sales.” Even if you find something in the often oddly specific categories (ie. Buy one, get one half off yarn), they rarely honor the sale. Today was half off winter coats, and I found a nice Columbia. The five old bitties at the cashwrap all congregated together to decide “oh no, this is not a WINTER coat. It doesn’t count.” Oh okay, I guess the Omni-heat technology is for springtime then… Beyond annoying. On another occasion, they refused to honor a long sleeve shirt sale because it looked like the sleeve may be 3/4 length. LOL I can’t. I understand this is a business with the goal of making money, but stop penny pinching so aggressively. YOU made up the sale, not me. And you got this...

First of all there was nothing in this store that wooed me. Everything is all over the place with no sizing organized. I came here and spent 2 hours going through racks to find a couple basic tshirts for work, I get to the register and its 95$ for 5 Croft and Barrow tshirts... I'm never coming here again. This is supposed to be a thrift store for people who can barely afford the cost of living.. this is supposed to be a place people can go set themselves up for success with a couple bucks. Everything's absurdly overpriced and I highly regret coming here. Might as well go to jcpenney and buy it brand new with your perfect size and...

The quality of merchandise here is very high for a thrift store. Also, the variety of things you can find there are great, especially jeans and dresses. I bought 2 dresses there, and both were gorgeous and worked so well for the occasion. Finally, all of the items are fairly priced or even better! I like to check things out here before buying any clothing at other stores. Female jeans can run up $25 at a store (on the low end) but are under $5 for a quality pair....
