Ideal Park — Attraction in Wyoming

I grew up right down the road from Ideal Park and have been coming here since I was a child. After the tornado completely leveled it in 2014 this park is totally different, but my kids enjoy it just as much as I did as a child. The playground is fenced in with one entrance for safety and is covered by decent shade. The playground is also accessible for adults if needed to assist children that need their adult close by. The swings are large and seem very safe and I love that it has rubber tiles rather than mulch. The park is always very clean. We rented the pavilion for my daughter’s birthday party and it was perfect for our needs with clean, operational restrooms next to the playground. We used the grill which was clean and worked well and there were 2 outlets available that we didn’t end up needing. The Wyoming parks n rec department was very nice to work with as well. 5/5 Stars This park is extremely large. There is plenty of space for people to spread out and enjoy the day. My dog absolutely loves this park because we were able to go to an area with no one around and be able to run around freely. (With his shock collar on.)
