Kevin greated us at the door when we came into his mattress store. He knew a lot about mattresses and the importance of having a good mattress to sleep on and how important it is to have the correct support for your head by having a good supportive pillow. I learned a lot from Kevin that a correct mattress helps your sleep and overall health. Since we bought our mattress there I have been sleeping better and the pulling strain on my chest, back and neck no longer bother me. He also gave my husband and I a military discount and he helped us load the mattress into my husband's truck. He even called us the next day to make sure our bed got set up properly and to see if we are happy with our purchase. He gave us a 10 year warranty on our mattress. Im very happy with our purchase and wish more stores had the customer service we received from him. He really takes pride in his business and really cares about his customers. My husband and I haven’t bought a mattress in over a decade. We looked at some of those “mattress in a box” stores online but we wanted to be able to lay on a bunch of different beds to see which one fit both of us. I thought Box Drop would just have a bunch of odds and ends beds they were trying to sell but that was not how this business operates at all. They sell high quality mattresses of all different varieties and sizes for half the price. We also were not pressured to buy. When we came in for our appointment we were shown each of the beds and allowed to lay on them. We had as much time as we wanted and needed. Also, due to their appointment system, we were the only other couple there so we had plenty of space and room to think and talk it over. We also were able to easily take our bed with us in our SUV and it took my husband and I only a couple of minutes to unload it when we got home. We are definitely going to go back to look at their sectionals for our living room. Highly recommend...

When I walked into this business I had no intention on making a purpose but I was met with a genuine spirit, bright smile and kind hand shake! I cannot say thank you enough to Scott and the young lady that helped me. It is hard to come across businesses in this day and age that genuinely care about you as customer. They both made sure I knew all the details and provided necessary education on my purchase; delivery was efficient. Everything was completely wrapped up and new!
