Division Ave Self Storage — Local services in Wyoming

This is a ONE STAR review that Google keeps changing to 5 stars. :( I was very unimpressed with the way this facility handled business.

I reserved a storage unit at this facility and was told to be there before 5 because that's when the facility closed, however, when we showed up on the scheduled day well before 5p, after driving 3 hours- no one was there. I called & was told that the office was closed & they would be open 2 days later. This obviously did not work for us. Thankfully I was able to get a unit elsewhere. The hours of operation need to be clear to the staff so that this never happens again. Thankfully, I was able to get another storage unit in another area of town, but had I not been able to, it would have been a catastrophy - as we only had the uhaul rental truck for one day. The woman who answered my phone call when we noticed there was no one there was very curt & unapologetic. The woman who I initially booked it through was very kind, but apparently didn't know they were closed. ...

If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband has a storage here. We have paid numerous times on mondays. All of a sudden one Monday the place has the open sign lit up but no one’s there. Took me about an hour to get a real person on the phone and then they want to tell me the location is closed on Sunday’s and mondays.. but her district manager can maybe call me back. My husband and I have used My Space Storage for 18 months and just closed out our unit with them. They took good care of our things and were accessible and friendly during our lease. The only complaint we have had is the gate situation. They are expanding their business and have not made completing the fence and closing the locked gate a priority.
