Batteries Plus — Attraction in Yakima

Horrible service and careless manager. I purchased Duracell marine ultra deep cell battery a week ago at the Yakima location which was about 60miles each way from my location. When I returned home and went to install it I noticed there was NO nuts for the posts. I called the store and they told me that it did not come with two nuts $.20 worth of nuts they couldn’t provide for $250 battery. I spoke with a person at customer care to voice, my displeasure I then spoke to the store manager and asked for these to be sent to me as I was planning to use the battery for my boat the following weekend. I asked them to be overnighted. The manager said he would do that. I checked the mail again today and they have not arrived and after calling customer care back, I found out he did not overnight them even though he said he would. Mostly a knowledge and friendly team at this store. The man on the phone sounded like he could help with my I-Phone replacement battery bought the day prior. The team at the counter just said that they couldn’t help and a Have A nice Day. The phone discharged as fast as the battery that we replaced. It would be nice to have this team tell customers that their replacement isn’t any better than the replaced battery . I’m out $80.00 for nothing! Walmart for no longer be carrying RC2032 batteries they had the battery I needed it was nice not to chase around town looking for it and they had AA batteries is just four batteries that was cool that's all I needed was I didn't need 10 cuz that was nice But you need more than four they have it The guys were nice one lady customer left as soon as you did which I thought it was funny you spray the air sprayed the counter she touched so yes even here they're making sure the environment is clean too.
