They are insanely high priced for a donation based thrift store. They are priced like an antique store or even the high end ebay sale prices, not the SOLD prices! That items are actually worth! Which you expect in an antique shop where they sellers have to pay for what they are selling so must ask a certain amount to make a profit. But this "Christian" business gets ALL thier items FREE as Donations so anything is profit and they only over charge, because people on the whole are unknowing and dont know thier being ripped off or have the kind of money that they dont NEED to shop Second in the first place! I commend them that unlike the Goodwill these 3 thrift shops actually do, do charity that is needed and worthwhile, but they are a THRIFT SHOP. so does that give them the right to over charge so that people like me who live below the poverty level cant afford to shop there and are forced to buy broken and damaged items at the goodwill? I am glad that this charity actually helps people and i try to give at the register when i can. BUT making your Second Hand store only accessible to people who can afford to pay full NEW prices means your HURTING the people who have less and shop second hand out of necessity. So basically these thrift stores aren't THRIFTY at all and Only serve people with money HURTING people like me either in our tiny bank accounts or by Denying us products that they Paid NOTHING for that...
Read moreIf you are looking for thrift store prices this place isn't the place. They charge top dollar for stuff that is damaged, ripped, ect. First, they started by labling items as premium items so they can justify pricing the items extremely high, then then started an online boutique to charge even more for items, then what do I see when I walked in a few weeks ago a vintage section. So if you want the joy and excitement of finding a truly awesome vintage item for a great price don't go here because they took that away from the customer, so that they can charge you a premium. I get that this is for charity but these are donated items however, if you go to other thrift stores that truly care about their church or charity you will notice that the prices are very reasonable because it isn't about the bottom line it's about helping the community. There are better thrifts out there that really care, I suggest you make your way to those and boycott these guys, I know I will be as will others I know. I also want to say the staff is lovely but whoever is in charge of pricing needs to rethink some things, I saw an item from Ross priced for twice what is was originally sold for... it...
Read moreI visited this store 03/14/22 at around 12pm, while shopping with my mom and 4 year old daughter they decided to try on a pair of jeans for my daughter and I was shocked that this lady would come up to us and point her finger at my daughter and accuse her of trying to steal a shirt while in the dressing room. Like really? That was not so Christian of this lady, idk if she was racially profiling us because we were speaking Spanish but I am appalled at such behavior coming from this organization. Unfortunately I was so embarrassed and mad that I did not get her name but she was wearing a burgundy/maroon shirt with round glasses, hair was to her shoulders. She should be ashamed of herself and her actions. I won’t be back to this business and I hope they will remind their volunteers or workers about their mission and a reminder on how to address a situation like this. I wish I would have asked for a manger because that lady was out of line. I hope they look back on the cameras to identify this lady because she needs to...
