Angels Touch Hair Salon — Attraction in Yeadon

I was really debating writing this review. My initial impression- when I walked I was impressed - the stylist and owner were very welcoming, and I was seated right away after calling ahead for a walk-in appointment.

I went in for a wash and a trim. While washing my hair, the stylist asked wether I wanted press and curls and I informed her that I did not; I just wanted a wash and a trim. She told me if I wanted a treatment that was $9 extra, so I said sure why not. Up to this point everything was great, she showed me how much she was going to trim and there was a good rapport up until I went to pay.

I was charged $89. I was shocked!! I could not believe it! A simple wash and a trim for near $100? And I hate to put down a business but I really think they took advantage of me once she heard I was from New York and I feel like the price went up after that. Plus to justify the price afterwards, the owner said whether or not I get styling, it's the same price, mind you this is after the stylist who was washing my hair had told me "ohh you might as well get it because it's only $10 more". and she mentioned something along the line of my total being $50.

Now perhaps I misunderstood her, but I cannot fathom paying near 100 bucks for a simple wash and trim? They could have had a return customer out of me because I really did enjoy the service, up until the point I I felt like I was being robbed.

Honestly my husband wasn't even there yet to pick up, and I left to go stand around the block, because I could not stand to stay in the salon. While I'm not confrontational and don't mind paying for good service, I found the price to be absurdingly high and refuse to believe that was the actual cost. To sum it all up, they won't ever...

Best last minute Salon experience in a very long time. I called at 12:30 as a walk in, arrived around 12:50, out of there by 2pm and was treated as if I was a long time Client. Alice and Dana welcomed me as I entered Alice's establishment. I was from out of town and just wanted to relax and have my hair done. Alice & Dana were very professional from the time I arrived until the end of my service. The Shampoo was very relaxing. I felt very welcomed there. Not just $$$ walking in. I rec'd the attention I deserved, unlike some salons that will wash your hair and have you sit as a walk-in. She knows her craft well. She specializes in hair care, in my opinion. She gave me GREAT advice on my hair care. PLEASE PATRONIZE THIS SALON. Alice named her salon PERFECTLY, as she truly has an Angels Touch. LOVE...

My experience at Angels Touch Hair Salon was absolutely amazing, This was my first time in the salon and my Stylist Alice is off the chain with the way she cuts ✂️ and styled my hair, she definitely has some skills ya'll, Also the salon is nice and clean very professional, She doesn't mess around she had me in/out. Lastly, This salon is open on a Monday and many are well aware that you can't get any service done on a Monday because, mostly all the salons are closed or the person who styles your hair is scheduled off, so With all of this being said I would highly recommend coming out to this salon, Don't follow the naysayers Alice keep doing what you do.... You're truly Talented and...
