J&M Tobacco and Vape — Attraction in Yelm

Horrible shop, resells items they know are DOA then refuse to accept returns. Ignorant staff, greedy ruse and nasty owner. Do not give these people ur business. Go instead to the vaporium in Tacoma for educated knowledgeable staff and great service with huge juice selection.

Update April, 2017 :. So, since my last post I have avoided going to this vape shop despite it being the absolute closest vape shop to me that sells my All Day Vape Juice. I'm disabled, my brother is my care giver and he CHOOSES to drive 20-30 minutes further away from us rather then be treated with such disrespect and gouged by absurd products prices higher then anywhere else which is a big problem when they are ignorant about many of the products they carry and sell.

The entire industry cut their prices, made juice more easily affordable by about 40% which is amazing.... All except this store. I pay 24$ for a 60ml bottle everywhere else, and because my bro was crunched for time he decided to give these guys a try again where he got a 30ml bottle for over 20$ when everywhere else I pay 25 for twice as much. Shame on them. Shame.

That said, many of the guys are nice, sadly they have no power because the mother is the real owner, she's nasty, greedy, refuses returns even when an item is DOA - a friend was even resold an item that a family member had FAUGHT to be refunded because it did not work. They would only give store credit despite all packaging and receipt was taken back the next day, then they resell that exact device knowing it was faulty, SHAME! This store would do a LOT better if she would become a very silent (as in never around, makes no decisions, and maybe goes to charm school) because if this place was run well by good kind people they would have a TON of business. Sadly, I would rather waste the money paying the gas to go further away from our home, even being in the hospital constantly and on disability, because I refuse to be treated so poorly... No more chances. Simply not worth it. I feel so bad for the owner's son, and the few great guys that work there. They deserve medals, and props, for being nice but do need to become more educated most specifically in regards...

Great selection but probably the most expensive juice prices I've seen. While it is warm and inviting its on the small side and often MANY employees will be working at once having a tendency to talk over the customer. Seven male employees working at once was a bit ridiculous to me. I felt as if I was unheard and left with frustration because I ended up refixig my oozing vape pen in the car after an employee "helped" twice while I was there, using the wrong coil both times and keeping my old one. They do not offer refunds and while it is understandable the juice was the absolute opposite flavor of what I prefer and I was surprised at the transaction amount via electronic receipt since the employee quoted me a much lower price to begin with ending up charging me for his mistaken types of coils. I am not one to tell an employee how to do their job but I know my vape pen and told him it wasn't going to work but he insisted twice and then my purse was ruined after being charged for something out of my hands. It would be nice if they listened better instead of socializing within their own employee circle talking over me...

Being fairly new to the vaping world, everyone at J and M were great in providing me with the info and service I needed, not to mention had the patience and courtesy to answer all my questions. They are set up with a great tasting/sample display to try the different flavors they offer, and they offer like a hundred different flavors from various juice manufacturers. Prices are great and very competitive to other e cig shops, and Ive been to a few. J and M is by far my favorite place to get my vaping supplies and mods. They also stand by their products 110%.
