El Taco Amigo 3 — Restaurant in Yelm

With all honestly the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I love how friendly they are, the food portions are always very consistent and tasty. Everything I’ve had has always been good. It’s a place I always recommend family and friends. Awhile back I had a friends birthday celebration and I got an amazing deal of rice and beans to bring to the party as a side. Everyone loved it.

We always go to the taco amigo in lacey and decided we would try the one closer to home in yelm. We showed up and placed our order and were told it would be ready in 7 min, after 20 min my husband got out to see what was going on and they were barely putting the tortillas on the griddle, needless to say we ate dinner at home and didn’t try the food. One of the best (if not the best) food trucks my family and I have ever tried. We usually get tortas, but their tacos are really good also and they’re not stingy with the amount of meat they place on my everything. So far we’ve tried carnitas, asada, chorizo, and their chicken fajitas. All were very delicious and seasoned great! One of my biggest issues with food trucks is the tenderness of meats. Every time we’ve had dinner here, the meat is always tender.
