My friend warned me about this place I was Sceptable when I first got thier to pawn a Item of mine. I pawned it oct 24 My Item. lost the Receipt paper so I went in a month before my 3 month mark was over to ask how much how time I had before I had to pay the late fee for I wouldn’t of end up paying more then was needed too. They told feb 24. I came feb on the 8th thinking I was more then on time to get back.. that was not the case.. over all I tryed to Talke to the manager she kept talking over me trying too indicate that was lying or that I was wrong over all. I felt like got token advantage for them to make a quick buck! I would not recommend this place anybody. I suggest to go to the Marysville pawnshop If I was able to give this place a half a star. If you are doing a gun transfer here, expect about an hour for original gun transfer, expect staff to ask you questions because they aren't sure what they are suppose to do while calling other stores for answers on how to do the trasnfer, wait your 10 day period by California's standard, then wait an additional 4-5 days for an employee who can finish the transfer to actually be at work (called 3 days in a row and no one was certfied to give me my gun), and when that worker is there, expect another 20-25 minutes to actually recieve the handgun. Employees here do not know the process for transfering a gun and I cannot believe that only 1 person is certified to do the paperwork. I would have/will be going somewhere to do any transfer with guns. Also, staff does not know how to load/unload...

Where to begin? I guess I should start by saying I don’t understand the negative reviews, at all.

I have been in the store about a dozen (12) times over the last couple of years. Every time I go in we are greeted by the staff in a businesslike manner, even friendly most days. Weather I make a purchase or not, they are friendly and helpful. Heck, I have even seen them provide advice on someone brining in a garage sale find, very cool.

Their business policies are clearly posted. They even took the time to explain the pawn process to me, which is pretty cool and straightforward.

I will continue to do business with them...
