I received a Battery Tender Jr. as a present and it didn

t work. The staff at Batteries Unlimited were very helpful and responsive, with several caring emails sent. They sent me a new, functional one promptly... Now listen to this: 3 days ago (months later) I received 2, TWO, new Battery Tender Jr

s. in a box from the ? 29 year-old owner, Ethan Curry!!!?? And I was totally satisfied by my generous treatment already!!!! You all tell Ethan that it 1) wasnt necessary, 2)that I wish him all of Gods help for success, although I suspect any business he is associated with is or will be thriving, and 3) that I will donate another $60 to a charitable cause this year because of his exemplary treatment. I had them replace a battery in my Golf Range finder. They called me to come and pick it up that it was ready. When I stopped to pick it up they handed me a BRAND NEW one that was far superior to the one they broke while trying to replace my battery. When I ask them how much did I owe them they told me $30.00 which was going to be the cost to replace my worn out battery. I said NO WAY I OWE you much more because the one they replaced mine with was far superior to my old one that was over 6 years old. They said that was their policy. I could not recommend them any higher for their quality,service and their moral ethics of doing business. It maybe OLD SCHOOL but I can assure you if I or anyone is ever in need of a battery I will highly RECOMMEND...

The replacement batteries that I have purchased for my uninterruptible power supplies have had questionable performance. I don't think they are as good as the original units. When I needed a battery for my 4G mobile phone, the men at the store were of no help at all. They could not come up with anything. They should change their ad on TV because it seems a little misleading and false advertising. Fortunately for me I was able to find a battery for my phone in another state. If I can find it, why...
