I had ordered take out food the night before. They had forgotten to put in my baked potato. I called and they let me talk to the manager. He said he was so sorry and he would send me a gift card. I live 20 miles away and I told him I would be in town the next day and if it was ok I’d just pick up my potato then. He told me he would let Courtney know, who was going to be the manager the next night. As soon as I told my server, Madison, what I needed she said she would send the manager right over. We had decided to eat there again today. Courtney was EXACTLY what a manager should be. She apologized and said she would make sure I got the potato before I went home. She had a very nice conversation with us and I told her I had ordered the ultimate feast and I was sorry you had taken off the grilled scallops as a choice between I love them so much. Later when she brought my potato when we were ready to leave she also brought me an order of scallops. Our server was also very sweet and checked several times to make sure that everything in our order was good. Being older this is the kind of service you would expect from a restaurant and don’t always receive ❗️I just wanted to make sure you knew what a great job these ladies did as well as the manager I talked to the night before. As soon as I talked to Courtney she had been informed what I was wanting so she could take care of it❗️As always Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants and has been for...
Read moreWe went here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We took our 6 year olds with us and neither of them liked the chicken strips and would not eat them. They complained they was dry and one of them eats it with ketchup. They would eat chicken nuggets or strips every day if I let them. They only ate their French fries. I ordered broccoli extra side for my daughter and the waitress forgot it. When she finally come back to see if everything was alright about 20 minutes after we got our food I asked for the broccoli when she brought it the broccoli was cold and soaked in alot of butter so it was also not eat. Since the chicken was dry the kids ran out of drinks quickly and we didn't get to see our waitress so we had to go to the bar to get them some more to drink. The place had maybe 4 tables of people in there including us it was not busy at all. It took over 55 minutes to get our food and 2 tables who came after us got their food before we did it was almost like our waitress forgot to put our order in. I will not go back to this Red Lobster. I use to work at a Red Lobster in Newark maybe next time we will try there because this one was not a good experience. We even had our dinner through the week right on our Anniversary it was...
