BEWARE of the photo scam at Seoul Mun!
There are guys with cameras taking your photo without permission. They took ours, asked us to pose, and then one of them said, “1 photo for 10k som, but if you take all, there’s a discount.” He plugged his device into our phone to show the photos, and only one looked good, so I said, “I’ll take just one.” He replied, “No, you must take two, not just one.” When I refused, he got aggressive. Even with the language barrier, it was clear from his rude and hostile attitude. I insisted he delete the photos from my phone, and though he continued to speak rudely in his language, I didn’t care—I just made sure the photos were deleted and walked away.
Also, these guys aren’t professionals—they just snap without caring about capturing a good moment.
So, if you’re visiting, stay cautious!

Read moreNice place, however when I was doing a pic with my Nikon, someone from the administration approached me and said that I cannot do pics with my camera but only phone. Unfortunately he didn’t speak English so he was not really able to explain me why I’m not allowed to use my Nikon camera. But then we checked the comments and turned out that there are some photographers in this mall who are taking pics of people and require money for that xD not sure if they are hired by Seul or just random guys, but seriously leave tourists alone. We are not taking pics of...
