I recently visited and had a pretty enjoyable experience overall. The mall has a great mix of both high-end and more affordable stores, offering something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the spacious layout, which made it easy to navigate without feeling overcrowded.

The food court was another highlight—lots of variety, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, and the restrooms were well-maintained, which is always a plus.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle during peak hours, but there’s plenty of space overall. I also noticed a lot of kids’ play areas, which is great for families.

The only downside I’d mention is that some stores feel a bit overpriced, but that’s to be expected with this kind of mall. Also, I think more entertainment options (like a movie theater or arcade) would make the experience even better.

Вердикт не однозначен. С одной стороны хотелось чтобы этот ТРЦ стал лучшим в Центральной Азии (скажу сразу, что он пока уступает Казахскому Dostyk Plaza 6 летней давности), с другой стороны это пока лучший ТРЦ в Узбекистане.

А теперь по порядку: ПАРКОВКА: Въезд в парковку плохо организован, нужно людей поменять на автоматическую камеру. Стоимость чуть высокая, имхо. Но хотя бы нужно сделать приложение для ТРЦ где скажем после траты в 200,000 сум в ТРЦ парковка будет бесплатный по выходу. Нет в парковке сенсоров которые подсказывали бы где свободно! Это 100% нужно сделать! РЕМОНТ: кафель на этаже парковки скользкий когда его помыли, то есть когда она влажная. А зимой она всегда будет влажной. Рекомендую ЗАМЕНИТЬ! Иначе зимой будут травмы! Кафели на этажах не плохого качества, но кажутся дешманскими. Уж точно кладку кафеля делали очень некачественно. Сразу видно что сэкономили на дизайнере и схеме кладки, знающий специалист поймет в чем дело! ТУАЛЕТ (их много, речь о том где я успел зайти): Пока чистый, но умоляю не допускайте те же ошибки что допускали до Вас С.Дарвоза, Ривьера и прочие. ДЕРЖИТЕ туалет всегда ЧИСТЫМИ!!! Как пример поедьте в Алматы в Достык Плаза и зайдите в туалет, Вы поймете о чем я и установите себе эталон! Раковин много а мыло в начале и в конце, это капец как не продуманно, ИСПРАВЛЯЙТЕ! нет писсуара и раковины для детей (3-8 лет) - ИСПРАВЛЯЙТЕ, такое есть в любом цивилизованном ТРЦ Европы, и даже Казахстана! Сушилка - поставили какой-то дешманский, он же через 2 недели сломается. Поставьте DYSON AIRBLADE!!! Не экономьте! ГАРДЕРОБНАЯ - Его нет. Капец! Это уже жадность квадратов. Ставьте в каждом этаже по 2. Это какие-то жалкие 30-40 квадратов! Это же ведь ТРЦ для людей, а не для магазинов??? ПОРУЧНИ - На втором этаже норм, а на 3 и 4 какой то дешманский. Скамейки - их очень мало! Надо увеличивать существенно! Только пожалуйста не ставьте дешманские!

Ребят не экономьте, сделайте все по нормальному, берите пример с DOSTYK PLAZA. Они в 2018 году построили, и Вы будучи в 2024 году не смогли обогнать. Позор и досада! Просто съездите в Алматы, и Вы поймете о чем я!
