Upon arrival, I was given my own private hot herbal bath to relax my muscles. This personal touch really sets Ngải Spa apart. Following the bath, I laid on a steaming bed, separated by a curtain, ensuring the only people present were myself and the therapist. The steam, infused with lemongrass (or other scents of your choice), enveloped me as my feet and arms were gently massaged—a serene beginning to the treatment.

After 10-15 minutes of steaming, my muscles were fully relaxed, and the therapist expertly wiped down my back before applying their signature "Ngải" herbal steam, gently heated and spread over my body. The treatment continued with a full-body massage, with special care given to my back and shoulders. I truly appreciated the methodical, scientific approach they took, ensuring no harm to tight muscles. In contrast to other spas that often apply too much pressure, Ngải Spa’s technique was precise, ensuring deep relaxation without discomfort.

I first visited after a long flight from Germany, and the experience was so rejuvenating that I returned multiple times during my stay in Hanoi, especially after long walks or sports.
