This is not the first time I have stayed at this Motel and it won’t be the last.||A last minute change in work plans gave me an overnight stay in Blackwater.||Nothing is ever a problem for Julie. From the time you call her to see if she has a room. It’s always a smooth easy transition from check-in, to meals to check out.||Rooms are always 100% spotlessly clean. They have a variety of things in the kitchenette to make your stay so much easier than eating out all the time.||Thanks Julie, I'll be back whenever I'm in Blackwater....

Lauren is absolutely delightful, and went out of her way to make our last minute stay so comfortable and perfect. The rooms were such a surprise - large for a motel room with great facilities for cooking your own meal, free laundry facilities which were a bonus too after spending a few days on the road and running low on clothing.
