Just wow. Awful service 3 people before me had got their order wrong.. so had to wait for the staff to figure that out. I still thought I would give them a chance. Staff was kinda passive aggressive towards the customers. And just not a very nice ambience at all. Some kids came in screamin' and running around and none of the staff did anything either.. or told the parent to do something.. waited 25 minutes for a burger box.. First moved to Blackwater 2.5 years ago and the store was so bad. The manager was terribly rude. They kept running out of stock. Over a course of a few months they expected us to pay extra each time we ordered kids meals to get a drink other than water because they ran out of pop tops. We stopped going there. Terrible customer service. Advertised prices on drive through menu only to be told at window they are wrong and wanted to charge more. Explained that advertised price is wat customer gets charged.
