Inga was the duty manager during my stay and was a fabulous host. Neat, tidy and clean. The standard rooms all contain a queen size bed and a single. Very spacious with a comfortable 2 seater lounge and a breakfast table with 2 chairs. The on site restaurant doesn't serve Breakfast but meals are available 6days, except Sunday. Pre booking rooms in advance is essential if you would like a room with an ocean view. The voyger is very popular with business men.

Always forget about this place. Opposite the beach with done views. Parking out front. Wheelchair access too. Great meals, chowder was full of seafood (entree size ($17), garlic prawns yummy, fillet steak ($42) was great. Desserts were good too ($10.50) Nice menu variety. Popular kind of place too.

Very convenient and great place to stay. Wonderful view of the ocean from our room with a balcony to sit out on and overlook the sea and just a short stroll across the road and you can enjoy a walk along the beach or have a swim if it’s the right season..

I wrote a review which disappeared when I tried to submit. So this time bullet points.|Photos didn't reflect the room, it said recently renovated which it wasn't, confirmed by the receptionists, when I arrived.|The room was on the street level on the foot path NO PRIVACY, pedestrians could look into the room, I had to close the curtains with no natural light at all.|There were no power points near the table to plug my laptop or phone into while I worked.|Black mold on the edge of the glass partition and floor of the shower.|The decor was old, the room was dark, the three seater lounge had no springs in one end which created a hole which I had to place a cushion in it so I was able to sit.|The TV was so old I could connect my Netflix account, NO TV in the main bedroom.|The room was over rated and over priced the place old and tired so it should be reflected in the price.|I travel every week in Tasmania and other states this is the worst experience for a very long time. Reading the reviews prior to my stay was the reason I decided to reserve a room, my experience is exactly the opposite to those...

Opted for Executive Room at $140pn, WAY OVERPRICED! Room stunk like stale cigarettes. Although at first glance it looked clean, upon inspection it was dirty and made our skin crawl! The bathroom floor needed a desperate clean the grout on the floor was black, shower was terrible the floor was dipped in the centre making a small pool when showering. No vanity bench space. Not to mention the black long hairs all over the bathroom floor 🤮. The door to balcony was frustrating to close due to being so old. We traveled with a baby and were provided a travel cot by the hotel that I wouldn’t even let my pet dog sleep in! It was filthy as well as torn on the side!! Overall Voyager your Hotel should be renamed to shipwrecked MOTEL or...

This was my second stay at the Voyager Beachfront. Again, it was a lovely, spacious room. The bed was really comfortable, which was delightful. Fast free Wifi and a central, beachfront location made this a nice place to stay. The only downside was that the bathroom was a little dated, although entirely functional and otherwise faultless. Friendly staff and secure, free onsite parking an easy stroll from everything mean that I would certainly consider staying again. If you're looking for something to do in the evening, and it's the right time of year, it's just across the road to see the Little Penguins come in to their nests in the evenings, and talks are given by the...
