Beautiful beach in centre of Burnie. Flat boardwalks to stroll along, wheelchair and pram friendly. Playground for the kids, with a 360° view of Burnie and the beach. Free binoculars to use. The is anall abilities toilet next to tye Playground. Up the eastern end there is another viewing platform with a Burnie Frame to take selfies. In between there are two eateries Bay views restaurant upstairs for fine dining and The Foreshore for casual eatting. Toilets located at the surf club and at both eateries. Free beach toys for kids located by the steps. Gym equipment and basketball hoop located east side of the surf club with a permanent volley ball net on the sand.

A fantastic park. Right on the beach with a grass area. Ship themes play equipment. Ladders and slides. There is seating near by with tables and a water feature a few metres away. This is a small but well equipped children play area, kids love it and I love taking them there.

A fabulous beach, with a Fish Frenzy located near by and some excellent kids play areas. Wonderful Boardwalk and walking or cycling paths near by that ho for about 4km each way so a nice spot to walk, take in the sea views and sunshine.
