Beaches International — Hotel in Forster

We just got back to Sydney from a perfect week at Beaches International Forster. Our family along with another family were lucky enough to stay in room 23, the penthouse. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Megan with the warmest smile and she genuinely shared in our excitement. Nothing was to much or anything out of her way to accommodate our families. The room and the view was as promised, Nothing but perfect. Apartments are kept beautifully clean as did the rest of the apartment block. We a number of times were fortunate enough to meet various staff and all were as amazing. Greg’s herb garden was a perfect garnish to some of the dishes that were cooked. Pool and spa were perfect.

Excellent walking distance to local shops and restaurants or a short drive to the many amazing attractions that the mid north coast has to offer.

Both of our families could not fault the experience we had over the week.

We were welcomed like old friends, and our accommodation was prepared in the same way, presentation was exceptionally clean and fresh everything we needed was where it should be (including the ocean views). Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff. The location is a short walk to all the best of Forster, including the beautiful beach, the pristine waterways and the plethora of dining opportunities. Even though our visit was in winter there was no shortage of things to do and see, and our unit was a sun drenched shelter to return to from the chilly winds. We will visit again when the weather is warmer and expand on the many possibilities of enjoying the fine beach...

If we had known we had to share the apartment with cockroaches we would not have booked,spoke to reception regarding the matter & they were aware of the cockroaches & gave me a can of spray,1 lady even commented that the cockroaches love the community & garden..that is a stupid unprofessional response. Room is not serviced daily, no air con in bedrooms,the extremely loud traffic noise starts at 5am,small pool,limited gym equipment,treadmill not working,tricky tight parking. View over forster main beach & carpark was reasonable but nothing special. Paying nearly $400 a night we expected a lot better. Definitely not worth the money.
