Belmore Motor Inn — Hotel in Hume

Absolutely shocking experience, worst ive ever stayed in, very rude, arrogant agressive owners, 1 face washer for 2 people, security door broken locks not working, supplied a toaster and microwave but no cutlery or plates bowls etc, when we asked re taking medication, need to have breakfast, so could we have a plate and a bowl, flatly refused, so rudely, did not honour pre covid booking properly, lied about pricing, would never ever stay here again, old, and unclean. As for the response from the Owner which is totally in reverse, and once again lying because she does not want a bad review, after staying there I checked other reviews and again no linen,1 face washer,rude, arrogant etc. funny how you say others heard and yes they did and also told us they felt the same as we did and stated they would never stay there again. We had to cancel our first booking because of covid travel, 2nd cancellation was when you had major flooding up in the area and roads blocked. Not our doing.
