5 Stars - Highly Recommended Stay at Quest Wodonga
We had a fantastic stay at Quest Wodonga and would absolutely stay here again when passing through. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed—the staff at check-in were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which set the tone for a great experience.
Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and perfectly air-conditioned. The king bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day on the road. It’s clear the team takes great pride in the upkeep and comfort of their rooms.
We also really appreciated the secure undercover car parking for just $10 per night—well worth it, especially with the convenience of direct, covered access to the Huon Hill Tavern. The meals there were delicious and generously sized, perfect for a relaxed dinner without needing to venture far.
Another big plus was the location. It’s just a short walk to a nearby shopping centre that includes Coles, Kmart, a great little sushi spot, and a bakery—super convenient for grabbing supplies or a quick bite.
Check-out was seamless too. There’s even a key drop box in the carpark, which is ideal if you’re heading off early before reception opens.
All in all, Quest Wodonga ticks all the boxes—comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly...

They are fairly spacious and clean modern apartments in this complex. We booked one of the two bedroom units with friends. Most of the fundamentals are good here including the eating and lounge area, bedroom and bathrooms. The mattress, pillow and shower were broadly good too.
There were numerous quirks though that can’t be left unmentioned. There was basically no view from the apartment. What view there was was completely obscured by a large metal screen. It must have been a condition of planning approval for the building. It was the strangest thing being in the middle of a country town several floors up with absolutely no view. Bizarre.
Various smaller details weren’t well managed either. There was no salt and pepper, for example, a basic in any apartment accommodation. There are only small car parking spaces which makes it tight to park and remove belongings from vehicles. Entry to the car park is somewhat circuitous. Aircon arrangements in the rooms are also poor. There were no extra pillows either, usually standard in any accommodation. The clothes dryer wasn’t working either among other matters.
It’s an ok place but with numerous quirks as described. Sometimes you get to thinking that an old style country motel is not such a bad...
Read moreOh my God!!!! Our stay at Quest Wodonga was absolutely incredible! We stopped here for an overnight stay while traveling from Sydney to Melbourne to break up the trip, and I can’t even begin to explain how perfect it was from start to finish.
From the moment we rolled up to check-in, the service was beyond exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and their hospitality was next level.
The facilities were fantastic, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The location is super convenient, close to so many local spots, making it easy to grab a meal or stretch our legs. But let me tell you .... the beds we slept on!! Hands down, the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a decade! The room was spotless, comfortable, and so well set up for a relaxing stay.
A special touch that made us smile was the welcome cookies :)Such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
Honestly, I cannot fault a single thing about our experience. Whether you’re passing through and need a break in Wodonga or planning a longer stay, do yourself a favor and book Quest Wodonga. The service, the comfort, the atmosphere ... ohhhhhhh everything was perfect. Highly,...
