I HAVE NOW A POLICE INVESTIGATION AS MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTERS MEDICATION WERE STOLEN, AND THE ONLY ONES WHO HAS A KEY!!
We stayed 5 nights in a family room A customer shouldn't have to go and ask for our motel room to be serviced eg towels and vacuum. Our sofa lounge had a board underneath the cushions. Cleary this is O&hs I did mention to the Manager Tina and her reply was we are under Renovations and we are getting there. And nothing was done, and I haven't put up any pictures of the board and loungeWe'll it didn't help me or my family for 5 days nor did Tina put us in another room. When I told her about the Sewerage Smell that was occurring for days. Just came in and poured Draino down to fix the smell. It lightened the smell a little. Tina never offered to put us in another room the next day just said she will arrange for plumber but we never saw him. Lol
Covid, O&HS change your water in mop bucket for every room. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING USING THE SAME WATER FROM ROOM TO ROOM

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place! The service was top-notch from start to finish – the staff were friendly, attentive, and really made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a very relaxing visit. It was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
However, there was one quirky little thing that stood out: a kid kept staring at me through the window. At first, I tried to brush it off, but it did get a little... strange after a while. I mean, I understand kids can be curious, but it was a bit distracting. That said, everything else was so great that I was able to just laugh it off.
I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’m hoping for a more private window next time! Still, highly recommend this place – the overall vibe and service made up for that...
