Mugachino Coffee. — Restaurant in New South Wales

Great coffee but below average customer service. It was my first time visiting this place after hearing some word-of-mouth marketing from someone. Yes, the coffee was great. But what happened there was not. I ordered two coffees with my friends, and right after the payment, I felt thirsty and asked a lady if she could give me a glass of tap water. She rudely responded in front of everyone that it would cost 50 cents. Excuse me, I have no problem paying 50 cents, but the way you embarrassed me in front of other customers was not good. I said, "That's alright, I am happy without water."

Listen! You should adopt a growth attitude. Just read some big brands' histories on how they became giants like McDonald's and KFC because they knew customer service is everything. It was my first and last time buying coffee here, but yes, your coffee was very good. However, others can produce slightly less tasty coffee with respect, and that's enough for me. Thanks...

Always friendly, cheerful staff, good prices, great hot chocolate (sorry, don't drink coffee) , yummy iced chocolate, awesome bacon and egg rolls. My 20 something daughter does drink coffee and goes often. She doesn't go back to places with bad coffee. I noticed the other day that the staff taking orders knew what my daughter wanted before she said.... not sure what that says, good staff or she...

Fantastic spot for a quick brekky or snack. Hearty and fresh bacon and egg rolls. Great toasties. Decent coffee and very nice chai lattes. Staff are fab - friendly, efficient and fantastic at what they do. Local, family owned business wth a really positive vibe. Skip Maccas and hit up these...
