KFC Lavington — Restaurant in New South Wales

Took a break from KFC for a while cause my orders were always wrong. Thought I would try again today. They messed up my order so bad it’s not even funny. Ordered 6 wicked wings and a cheese and bacon burger combo. What I got was 5 tiny wicked wings. Undercooked chips with way too much salt and I like my salt. And the burger my God was it horrid. I got some half assed thrown together burger with no cheese, no bacon, no pepper mayo. Instead it had lettuce, that horrid jelly tomato sauce stuff and 2 bits of chicken. The only thing right for my order was the supercharged sauce I ordered to be added to my burger which was doused in it. Mind you I got told in the drive thru to go to park the wings will be 4 minutes. 15 minutes later I got that mess. I always check I have everything but didn’t expect I would have to open every wrapper to check. Couldn’t take it back either cause by the time I got home the store was closed. I’ve worked in hospitality for years now and it really isn’t hard to get the order right. Like it gets its fast food but Jesus Christ a little effort please. I’ve put in a complaint on the website but looking at the comment from someone else I ain’t...

I should have known when the car in front of me (obviously a local) checked his bag and had to ask for his second drink, which they had forgotten. Instead I gave them the benefit of a doubt as it was late (about 9.30pm) and I had just driven straight from Melbourne.

Surprise surprise, upsized Zinger Stacker Box, without Wicked Wings.

I called to inform them and was told they were out (had they known that when I ordered?) BUT said he could organize a voucher to be emailed, I believe they may have been laughing in the background of the phone, disgrace as you spend money you expect a service or goods in exchange. It's been over a week and a half and I have not received my voucher via email, after giving them my personal details. I'll be escalating this.

Why did I need to give me full email, name, and mobile number if they never sent a voucher? What are they using it for? Disgusting misuse of personal information and completely irresponsible of the staff/duty manager on for that night.

Save yourself the bother, don't buy...

We went through the drive thru, so I can't rate the atmosphere so much but everytime we have gone to KFC in Lavington, they have almost always forgotten to give us something. When you order and pay and get to the window to get your food, thankfully we haven't had to wait too long but it can be so fast that they don't make sure to check the whole order. My husband usually checks the bag, but they close the window and don't get a chance to ask for anything. We usually wait 5 mins before someone comes back.

This time they forgot our drink, in which you usually get first. Nearly forgot our sauce, but my husband caught that one.

I know it's takeaway, but there should still be a standand. When I worked in fast food as a teenager there were alot more rules to follow and high standards of service and food. These days it's very poor in all areas.
