WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT!! Bug in my burger, spicy tender on my reds burger and FOOD POISONING the night before Christmas. This is what I had dealt with when eating at Beenleigh red rooster…. I had order a reds combo as well as a spicy combo. I opened up my meal to had find a insect of some sort in my burger. Gross.! Silly me decided to start eating into the burger as i lived a far distance away and have a 5 month old, to than feel my mouth just start burning just to figure out that I had a spicy tender on my burger!! When I ordered a reds burger with my combo. I got half way threw my disgusting burger and I chucked my meal in the bin. I felt so sick and didn’t eat for the rest of the evening. I went to bed and woke up with food poisoning from this restaurant. Up all night vomiting and In pain. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. There are some serious health concerns about this place!

I ordered 4 Salad Rolls for my family as I didn't want fried chicken. At home, they turned their noses up as there was about 1/4-1/2 cup of chicken in each. Certainly not worth $8.45 each! Maybe a third of this! $33.80 was a waste of my money! I almost cancelled my order as I watched the guy at the back preparing them. He didn't wear a mask nor a hair covering, despite having longish curly hair. He watched what he was doing as he spoke to a girl beside him and could have emitted saliva particles onto the food. My daughter went out to buy KFC! The birds in my backyard enjoyed them the next morning!

Ordered a Trop Box via Uber Eats… I selected extra chips instead of potatoes and gravy… and yet, I was still given potatoes and gravy… I wasn’t given pineapple fritters - which was the whole reason I ordered the Trop Box. The little piece of chicken I was given looked unappealing. The drink (which was also incorrect) and the dessert were both put in the same bag as the food, so my meal was only slightly warm when I ate it. So disappointed that I spent my money on this.

I usually never buy fast food, the main reason why is because of this Red Rooster. The girl at the front put in the wrong order for my meal so when I got home I thought I was ripped off. I called to complain and found out I was never ordered my meal of choice. Okay that's fine, i wasn't charged for a higher tier product. BUT, my second complaint was that my roll had a tiny bit of Mayo in the middle and absolutely no special Honey BBQ sauce. I was offered a 2nd roll to makeup for it but I passed on it because I didn't want them to shi+ in it. I thought my lunch couldn't get worse until the Chicken Pie with separate sauce... had no sauce! I was going to use the BBQ sauce on the dry sahara chicken roll. This is all stupid,I wanted to treat myself for lunch even though I had 3 meals prepped...

Went to Red Rooster to get lunch, was asked if I wanted gravy (didn't want or ask for) and we asked staff member if there was any cost and they said no cost its free. Next thing we check bank statement and see we've actually been charged for something we were told was free and we didn't want in the first place. Food is great, however staff can't be trusted when it comes to telling the truth and stealing your money when they tell you something is free. Guess it's time to go back to kfc. Good one Red Rooster you have now lost 2 families from your store and more than likely countless more. I'm more than happy to tell the thousands of friends and followers I have about this also. For big companies a few $$$ doesn't make a difference, however to a pensioner it makes a world...
