The park is a good walking distance from town. The amenities are a bit old however are kept clean and stocked. Our site was quite long but not very wide. There was not enough room for 2 vans and 2 cars if your neighbour parked away from there van. If I could suggest clearly marking the site lines so there is no mistaking where you site ends. (see photo) The park issues you with a fob which gives access to the boom gate and amenities. Could I suggest this is only slightly better than being given a key. It is extremely annoying to head to the bathroom or out the gate to find you have left your fob/key behind. When you are busting to go this can be a problem 😭😵‍💫🥹 I think key pads are also annoying however you can't forget them. Also who is coming to the park to use the bathroom that you need to lock them anyway. Rant over. Yes, I would stay again as it is a great spot to explore the area.

We have been staying at this campsite for 5 days and it is the third night where they steal things from the fridge, which are in closed bags with name and site number. They tore open my bag to take out the food inside. Milks, eggs, hummus, meat, bread and chocolates. I go to the reception to leave a complaint about the situation, they tell me that I am not the first person to complain about this and that they believe that during the night someone is stealing. They tell me they can't close the kitchen during the night in case someone needs to use it, and there is a sticker on the kitchen window with 24 hour cameras, but then the girl at the front desk says there are no cameras. Besides paying dearly to sleep here, they lie about their security. The lack of concern and intention to solve the problem is a shame.

When I booked a 2-bedroom accomodation, they did not mentioned that they have a common laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom nor sell detergents, ice creams, drinks, and rent the books and dvds(?). However they do have such facilities and services and also have a common barbies (bbq) facilities. The kitchen utensils were very complete and clean. The kitchen appliances were electric kettle, coffee maker nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge. The have a separated toilet and bathroom. Both were clean, but the shower room was quite cramped. The bathrooms were clean, well organised, and have enough storage spaces. There were 3 beda in 2-bedroom accomodation, 2 double beds and 1 single. There were 1 3-seater, 1 2-seater, and 1-seater sofa. Every villa have one-car-parking space

This my one of my first negative reviews that I don't write very often.

Me, family and friends booked 3 camp sites for a 5 day camping trip. We were all fired up for the trip for a while and when the day came we drove 4 hours from Perth to Margret river. Got there in record time, but as we pulled up to our site things didn't seem right. For starters we booked 3 sites and not 2 - there was a family of 1 just setting up. We didn't think much of it until it really hit us that one of the site seemed to be missing, so we called over and asked what's going on and why have we only got 2 sites. It turns out that they only booked 2 sites instead of 3. They didn't seem to care either and gave us the parking spot next to the sites if we payed. That sounded just as worse as why pay extra for a parking spot when in the first place they messed up the booking. Yes they messed up the booking, didn't seemed to care and the solution was to pay more money for a parking spot that was for the cars.

We didn't let that ruin our holiday though, from help from next door we built up our tents, made a bit of noise and made our self 3 sites with one big tent combined with all the tents together.

Place seemed like its suffering the down tern with the talking Galah that wasn't interested in talking -poor thing brake the lock and set it free. Got told off for sticking our pegs in the wrong place as we might burst the pipes or set off a spark. Put a sign then!! (Danger water pipes and electric wires) Health and Safety.

Apart from the negatives we had a good time as 12 is better than 2 and everyone else had to...

I have been staying at the tourist park in a long term unit for several months now and will probably not leave. The units available for long term stays are quite a good value for the money, either old and without bathroom for cheap, or new and with bathrooms for a bit more, but still quite good when compared to the rest of Margaret River. The units come fully stocked with pot and pans and household items. There is a pool and large jumping thing for kids.

The drawback are that there is no WiFi available in any of the units, you must purchase 1 gig for $10 on a signal that may or may not reach your unit, in my case not. It is actually cheaper just to increase the data plan that you have for cell service and hotspot anything you need to connect.

The other major drawback is parking. Each unit is allowed one gate key for one car, even if, like my unit, there are four people living together. It is really a hassle and a half to find parking outside the tourist park, and good luck getting help from the staff who will tell you to park illegally next door and chance getting your car towed.

There is a strict noise policy in place, which is inforced after 9:30, even on the weekends. This is a point that I am neutral on, as it is both a benefit and detraction depending on the day.

All in all, worth the money, even with the problems, and my only complaint is that they seem not even to acknowledge any problems exist or attempt to...

This place is the best place to stay in Margaret river for 3 hours drive.

The bathroom and the toilet all in 1 so clean and the staff are so friendly and down to earth compare to people in Perth.

I would recommend for anyone planning to head down to Margaret river stay at this place but u have to book the place earlier because it can get really full and so popular place to stay at camp site.

Make sure u are like prepared maybe 2 days earlier for food preparation when u heading in Margaret river so that u can relax when u booked at this place until dinner time.

I will come back to this place again to sleep when im planing to head down to Margaret river this town so peaceful nothing like Perth and the environment so wonderful like natural nature and get out of big city.

Small town like this is enough.

Also, its a very good experience and get it feel what it’s like to share a kitchen with others and more like independent on camp site and if you have kids and kids can make friends and more social and interactive with others.

When u down here go explore out there, their heaps of other things to do like tasting foods or drinks too. They have huge company farm of fresh produce of vegetables and fruits in Margaret river region people here are naturally environment and...
