This place is in a great location, not far from Melbourne, nearby malls and Dandenong ranges and Mornington Peninsula.
Reception was very friendly, and check in was easy.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and clean, with enough space and the kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The tv had streaming capability which was useful.
However the bathrooms are not very good, the shower above bath is not very accessible and is dangerous for kids and the elderly. Also the grout really needs a good clean as it looks dirty. I think the bathrooms need a refresh with maybe new tiling and a shower only (no bath).
Also as it was a long weekend we didn't get any room servicing for 4 days (out of our 5 at stay ) , this was a disappointment considering we paid a full rate .
And parking is good, but at $15 it can get expensive quickly... I do notice some people park on the street , perhaps that is a better option but it is very convenient been able to park underneath the building.

Read moreGreat place to stay. friendly and helpful front desk staff.||Spent 10 nights there in room 101 for a personal and business trip.||Could not of asked for more in the 1 bed room apartment, it had every thing I needed, well equipped for a long stay. Fairly spacious apartment and in IMO good value for money for what you get.||Quiet and clean. I didn't hear any traffic noise or any other guests.||Close walk to a major shopping complex aka the Glen, and eatery's and public transport, about 15min.||Car part under the building was good for my mid sized Kia sedan. Although could be a squeeze for big suvs or 4wd, but other guests did have them parked in there.||The only down side was the bed was a due for a replacement..... like most places||A warning to those who may be a little unstable/older/less flexible/small kids the shower bath combo can be tricky getting out due to the height and there are no grab rails and the shower water splashes out.... so can be slippery on exit.... other than that the bathroom was very large which is unlike most places.||Would i stay there...

Negative: The access is quite hidden and can only be from Springvale Road, which can be challenging on rush-ours
Missing: Hotel disposable Flipflops as provided all over ASIA and in 4 and 5 stars hotel in Australia I know, it's a Aussi thing to walk around in the house, hotel rooms in the shoes worn outside, not very hygienic but it's seams to be ok! There's are plastic one, can be sanitised and reused if sustainability is a task.
Positive: Allocated undercover car parking for a bargain Friendly staff at check in and check out, well during the stay as well Clean rooms Quite rooms Fully functional with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer
All over, a great place for a good price, also a lot of eating places just up the road by 10...
