Liked · Excellent location - right in front of the MM Golf Club and beach just across the road. Reasonably priced selection of room types and ample parking.||||Rooms were exceptionally clean, contemporary and comfortable. Wifi and TV worked perfectly, the bathroom has nice amenities and keeps well with the beach theme.||||The little pool area is a nice place to chill out once you've been to the beach.||||The staff were very friendly and helpful and very much like that it is a little family run business in the area. ||||Few minor things that could be improved - doorknob to room was difficult to insert the room key - probably needs a bit of WD40.||Pool ladder access should probably be changed to a little paved stair case instead for better leverage in and out of the pool.||||Other than that, will definitely stay here again and make it a few extra nights to really enjoy the location and...

A new basin has been installed to modernise it but it was excessively high. Standing on tiptoe to clean teeth or reach the tap was not ideal.|Toilet surround did not fit correctly.|Sliding bathroom door was heavy and hard to move.|Curtain rod was broken.|No ventilation other than a small bathroom window.|We had a queen and a single bed in the room and hardly any room to move. My first ever negative review. 😔 We booked into an ocean front suite. Room and motel is very tired and in needing of maintenance and repairs. Scruff marks on the walls and waterlogged vanity in bathroom. Fridge door was open. No exhaust fans in kitchen or bathroom. No daytime privacy curtains despite the public, street level location of the apartment. Thankfully linen was OK. Alarm went off in early evening and for over 20 minutes we could not contact anyone from reception to stop the noise. There was no human interface at all during our stay; no returned phone call when I rang prior to arrival to ask a question; no response when we called numerous times regarding the alarm.
