I hope the pictures didn't discomfort you, but they will give you a rough idea of what you might experience in this place. During my stay recently, the poorly maintained glass door went off the rail and landed on my toe. It caused a great deal of pain and I ended up spending the whole day in the hospital to get 2 stitches on my toe. It's my second visit to Beach Serviced Apartment in the same unit. I noticed the problem with that glass door during my first stay last year, was lucky nothing happened last time. The staff was only interested in re-installing the glass door and cleaning the blood so that other tenants wouldn't notice. They are not willing to apologize to me in any form, and refuse to talk about any resolution and compensation in regards to this incident This was a totally ruined holiday experience ever. I have no idea if they at least started to maintain their properties for prevention, but based on the consistent experience during my 2 visits, things are just getting worse and worse. So this is probably what you should expect if you choose to stay here: guaranteed danger, potential injury and pains, and staff with no sense of responsibility for anything they should be...

Stayed here back in June and was a pleasant stay, very comfortable, took money out of my account as per a normal booking, everything was fine. In October, 4 months later, they charged me again. Called up reception, said they would sort it out and apologised. It is now November and the money has not been refunded. I have called numerous times, left messages, got told I would get called back and never did, or didnt even answer the phone, have also sent an email. After leaving my details, still no reply and no one has contacted me at all! If you stay here, make sure they don't double charge you, because they will not refund you and not help you at all! I have had to go to my bank and get it disputed so I can get my money back. It's really not that hard to transfer money into an account I have no idea why it has taken so long but it has taken months, and have had to now cancel my card and now still waiting to get the money back No sympathy, no help and no remorse at all!! Stayed in the nearby unit which is part of this business a month ago and to say it was a disappointment is an understatement. The staff were rude and not at all helpful, the bed was very uncomfortable and the place smelt like smoke (not good for a non-smoking room). It was most definitely not "bright and sunny" as advertised as it faces south and has an extremely small balcony which is not practical. The parking is on the road at a busy corner especially on the weekends so you need to find somewhere further away to safely park.
