Zambrero Casula — Restaurant in Sydney

I arrived early to pick up a DoorDash order and informed the staff (one lady around dinner time)right away. I was told it would be ready in about 5 minutes, then she started serving the other two customers that entered the store The same time as me that serving took 10mins I waited patiently. During that time, one other walk-in customers came in after me and she move to also serve him before me even though I was still waiting for the same order. When I politely reminded the staff, I was told I had to wait until everyone in the shop was served first. As a delivery driver, my time matters, and this kind of delay affects both the customer experience and my ability to earn. I hope the staff can better prioritize pickups...

If i feel like something quick n easy with a mexican flavour, i head to Zambrero. I normally get the IQ burrito or the nachos, both taste great. I love the fact that when you purchase something, they then donate a meal to the less fortunate, a plate for plate initiative. I like to support yhat, Thumbs up! Some staff are friendly, others..just don't want to be there! I would also prefer if the flies (quite a few i might add) wouldnt buzz around the food, perhaps invest in a fly zapper or some sort of bug mist/spray. Just be careful with these guys. I have bought the same thing from them 2 times a week for almost 2 years. In the last few months my orders have been completely wrong or missing lots of things. Today I got the small size of what I ordered (a big burrito) and it was missing cheese and also and lettuce (even lettuce believe it or not). I WO t be ordering online anymore and if I do I’ll have to do it at the shop so I can watch them. Just be careful because what you get through the delivery system lately is really sub par or...
