I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2024. I am not one to usually write reviews but I have to say the hotel was fantastic. It had everything you would want. Good storage space, plentiful tea & coffee selections and bottles of water waiting for our arrival. The room perhaps could have been a bit cleaner however the service was second to none. Whenever any of us needed anything Binay at reception would be on hand to help. The manager Jandro was also incredibly kind in letting us leave our bags in the back before our departure. The location is also second to none with everything you need right on your doorstep. A large range of bars, restaurants and shops all sit within a couple of minutes. Not to mention the short walk to the harbour which every Friday night has a fantastic firework display. I have to say all in all a very good stay. The location proved incredibly convenient, with key attractions like Darling Harbour, World Square, Regent Place, QVB, and Westfield all within a brief walking distance.

The hotel's reception, open from 7 am to 11 pm, ensured a seamless check-in process. The receptionists, notably Pear, exemplified professionalism and warmth, making my experience memorable. Pear, serving as the Assistant to the Manager, played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall quality of service.
