Do NOT make the mistake of trusting this business!!||||* FRAUDULENT OPERATORS*||Have had to Report them to the ATO FOR TAX AVOIDANCE.||||We’ve booked here twice - each time in October 2024 and December 2024 we were sent a text message to our phone asking to pay cash on arrival the day of check in, because the ‘eftpos was down’.||||Each time I called and stated I am travelling for work and using a business credit card I was then told ‘oh no problem that’s fine we can charge the card’.||||I booked online for 2 adults 2 infants and 2 dogs, I was sent a confirmation the cost is $280 for all guests INCLUDING dogs.||||I was charged $280 and now after check out I get charged another $50!!!!||||Never was I told when I spoke to them on the phone, at check in or ever called after check out that I was to pay an extra $50!||||When confronted I was hung up on 3 times after saying I want it refunded.||||Do not stay here they are so dodgy.||||I hope whoever owns it realises the managers are taking cash by lying about their eftpos being down!!||||Never will I stay here and I’ll be sure to let anyone else know not to stay because of the way they sneak charges to your card without...

We stayed at this motel last night and were pleasantly greeted upon check in. We had a two room suite for 3 adults, 2 children and a dog, 3 single beds in one room and a huge bed in the main room plus a sofa. There was a little kitchenette, TV and the air conditioner was great! The sheets lovely and crisp and the towels big and fluffy. I found the big bed too hard but I also suffer with chronic pain so possibly it wouldn’t be too hard for someone else. My partner said he slept very well in it. My adult daughter said she found the single bed too hard but the kids slept well. Our dog was crated and also slept well, he’s a puppy and usually wakes during the night but he didn’t last night so that was good! The bathroom is a bit old but the shower was lovely and hot with a decent flow, taps leak a bit so need to be turned on and off firmly which could be a problem for someone with poor strength. There was a mould/mildew patch on the shower roof that needs to be treated. All in all, it wasn’t a bad place to stay for the night, reasonable price for 5 people and a bonus that you can have a...
