The pizza here is pretty consistent but the businesses total lack of customer service at the moment means we wont go back and listening to others all standing around outside there last night they feel the same way. Times are stressful for businesses and their customers I get that, but a bit of planning can go a long way . Let your customers know what the process is for order collection. Its not hard to install a cheap intercom system to announce orders to those waiting outside. Offer a text on completion option, get a board made up for outside explaining your guidelines or include the instructions in your online order process. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting ordered the food at 6pm only to be told that my food was delivered via menu log at 9 o'clock with consultations back and forth between Pizza Haven and myself and told the food was on its way then cancelled through Menulog late Friday evening then told the food wouldn't be arriving while my kids are waiting for food to be received. I'm still waiting for the money to be put back into the account and out of pocket $150 for food and it's now 9.30pm.
