So...flying back today and fancied some lunch to sort us out before the flight. Saw some skyline type restaurant and thought we should give it a try. 11 of us rocked up and asked if we could eat (as it’s a hotel - so wanted to confirm they’ll seat us) and they eventually came round to accommodating us. All good. ||Round 1. Ordered ‘orange juice’ and it came very very watered down. May be my fault, but I was told I should have asked for juice without water. Ok. In fairness the waitress did ask to replace it but I politely declined.||Round 2. Ordered the ‘XXL’ burgers without bacon and to be honest, given how good the food has generally been in Ischgyl I was feeling a little bit sketchy with what i was getting for 8 Euros...my dad always said: if it’s too good to be true it usually is. ||Given that none of us ever leave food, 9 out of 11 of us left most/ all of our food. Comments from others: “salad smells like pure vinegar”, “burger is 100% microwaved (all of us that had burgers)”, “half my bun is missing”, “salad is awe full”, “3 litres of salsa in my burger”...it goes on. NB. Pictures of burgers below.||Finale. When asked by the waitress if “all is good” we unanimously said “no” to which replied “yes I know - but we are not a restaurant” - smashing news. How things would have been different if this was mentioned when we arrived.||Honestly I’m not exaggerating but please avoid at all costs and save yourself everything important in life - money, appetite satisfaction and general joy and...

A welcome Shot, and great vibes at the bar in the evening. A small chocolate at reception for each day, got to love the Mozarts. Fantastic breakfast, great ski room and a nice spa. Packable lunch for last day early leave.
Had a great time, staff was really friendly and hospitable. 100% recommend.
For the single bed room, there is no view, but worth the price...
Read moreGreat little hotel, walking distance to the gondola/Pardatschgratbahn. Rooms are well appointed and larger than I'm used to getting in ski towns. Parking is located under ground, and is well protected. There is a drying room for skis and boots... perfect after a long day off piste in the powder. The staff at the hotel were all wonderful and accommodating, the breakfast in the restaurant was perfect and kept us full through lunch.||I'm already planning on booking this great place for next year's...
