Fabulous stay at this hotel, we were so glad we picked it especially with the weather being so hot (and us being there to ski) it gave us the best of both worlds with the spa and outdoor sunbathing area and easy access to the slopes! A short drive (3-5 minutes) from the main ski area / train station and the “shuttle” is practically a private driver, the longest we waited all week for a pick up was 5 minutes. The hotel also kindly dropped us to and from the train station. The lady driving the shuttle van is super friendly and accommodating she was great. Check in was smooth and the receptionist super accommodating. Spa was amazing and so much better than the photos with so many relaxing areas to lie, outdoors in the sunshine, by the pool or in one of the 4 relaxation rooms. Various saunas a steam room. Had a fantastic massage. Food was great. Service in restaurant was great. Only comment is it would be nice to have better coffees available in the morning (I.e not from the machines). It was a bit annoying to be charged €2.50 every night for a carafe of water with dinner, water should probably be complimentary. Our room was nice, comfortable, spacious with a nice view. Only comment is it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Terrace is lovely and so many nice places to sit and have a drink inside too. So glad we picked this hotel!

Omg…there’s no word can describe the beauty of this fairy tale…!! I enjoyed every single moment!! Charming place,,, helpful staff and tasty food 😋😋,,, they were so kind to me ,, when i had that appointment for skydiving,,, the two ladies in the reception suggested to pack my breakfast for me 🥹🤍🤍just to avoid being hungry 🥹🤍🤍🤍🤍 so nice of them,,, next day the gentleman (their colleague) changed the sandwichs because I don’t eat ham and he and the lady from the restaurant did it sooooooooo fast 🥹🤍🤍🤍🤍,,, the chef also was my hero 🤣on my first day because I have gluten intolerance and he took me in a tour around the buffet to explain every corner,,, when i done with my meal, he brought me a special gluten free cake,,, the bar service was amazing and that gentleman man was so kind,,,omg they are unreal!! I loved them all! One thing that bothers me,,, I couldn’t find many options of coffee cake especially in the morning 🥲😭so i had to bring my biscuits with me ! But in all cases,, i loved this place and definitely i will back again but with my family to enjoy our vacation ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Perfect Ski- and Spa-Weekend Hotel Great base for skiing in the Kitzbühel area and relaxing at the spa. The hotel is only a 3 min drive from the Horn lift and maybe 7 min from the Hahnenkamm lift. It’s a big hotel, but ticks all boxes, really excellent breakfast buffet in newly renovated restaurant, cozy bar and lounge area with fireplace, and great terrace for sitting in the sun overlooking the city and the Streif. Here is also the surprisingly good sushi counter, it’s not a big menu, but sufficient, and a great alternative to the traditional food. We did not have dinner at the buffet restaurant but ate at the steakhouse, which without questions is the best steakhouse in Kitzbühel. Combine this with spacious rooms (we booked a suite, great for families), a kids club, kids cinema, very modern spa, indoor- and outdoor-pool, and a gym, and this really does not get much better for a relaxing stay in the mountains. The hotel has an on-demand ski shuttle, but we did not use it. Great service all around as well! Zero complains, we will be back…

My partner and I recently had an unforgettable stay at A-Rosa Hotel, and it was hands down the best experience we've had in years! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special vacation.

The room we booked was a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of the mountains right outside our window. Waking up to such a stunning vista every morning was truly a dream come true.

One concern I had before our stay was the potential noise from the bar area since I'm quite sensitive to sound. However, I'm delighted to report that the room's soundproofing was exceptional. Not a single disturbance reached us, and we were able to enjoy peaceful nights throughout our stay.

Our booking included half board, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful culinary experiences. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of impressive - a vast array of options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, including options for vegetarians and those with allergies like lactose intolerance. We started our days with a smile, thanks to the fantastic morning spread.

Dinner was served in buffet style, but it was anything but ordinary. The quality of the food was remarkable, surpassing my expectations for a typical buffet. It was a pleasure to see the variety and freshness of the dishes offered. The best part was that you could go back for seconds (or thirds!) without any hassle. The staff also went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was delightful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was evident in every interaction we had with them. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips on exploring the local area, their hospitality was second to none.

A-Rosa Hotel provided us with the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The serene ambiance, combined with the stunning natural surroundings, made for a truly magical experience. We'll cherish the memories of this trip for years to come, all thanks to the wonderful team at A-Rosa Hotel.

If you're looking for a hotel that offers top-notch accommodations, outstanding dining options, and impeccable service, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend A-Rosa Hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation experience. We can't...

Booked 5 nights ski trip with family and friends first week in February. After reading reviews we decided to book this hotel and we were fully aware that it was not based directly in the town and a shuttle bus was available to transport you to and from ski lift. The reviews stated that this was very efficient and wait times were minimal. On arrival we were checked in by very friendly staff. The hotel is very big and it was quite a walk to and from our rooms. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice in the room. We were half board and I have to say the breakfast and evening buffet were very comprehensive and exceptional quality. If I had one small complaint it would be the fact that beef was the main meat on the menu for three nights in a row but again the food was exceptional.||The main reason we would not return is the the arrangements to and from the ski lift. Leaving the hotel in the morning was busy and had to wait 30 mins most mornings. The main problem was trying to get back to the hotel after a days skiing . ABSOLUTE CHAOS is the best way to describe it. There is a car park where the shuttle collects guests however, there is no designated parking area and the shuttle could park in any space .This creates a problem as you could have been waiting 20 minutes assuming the shuttle will park where you are waiting. Then it arrives and parks 50 feet the other side and people who have just got off the gondola get straight on and your left waiting for the next shuttle. Then the same thing happens again and the shuttles stop at 4.30 regardless. On three occasions we were left and had to pay for a taxi back to the hotel . We felt this was very unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to treat guests this way. On one occasion after we were standing waiting for 30 minutes the shuttle arrived and we quickly boarded . Chaos followed as other people tried to get on. The women driver was so rude to us saying we shouldn't of got on without her loading our skis herself. After waiting 30 minutes and already previously paying for 3 taxis we were staying put. Again she was very rude the whole ride back to the hotel and was very unacceptable behaviour from their staff member. This shuttle service needs to be addressed as it let down our whole experience of our trip. On a plus point all other staff were very friendly and professional...

I have just got back from a four-night stay at A-Rosa and wanted to leave a review as I spent ages reading others before our trip. I have to say that unfortunately I agree with many of the more negative reviews here. This is a four-star hotel at most and incredibly overpriced for the service and facilities at the hotel. The rooms aren't bad - the bathroom being the best part, but weird single beds pushed together and individual duvets. TV was also terrible and remote hardly worked, nor did the Wifi which had terrible signal throughout the hotel. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a shame.||The breakfast was fantastic and the best part of the hotel - an incredible choice of food and all top quality. Really great! The dinner was also good and a great selection that changed regularly. The salad bar and bread selection fantastic. Drinks, however, are expensive, although I guess that is to be expected in a ski resort. The bar service is also quite slow. ||The shuttle service is great - we never had to wait more than 30 seconds! Shout out to the drivers who were friendly and always there to help.||The spa felt dated - towels and robes not plush and need updating. ||Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is very expensive and I think your money would go further at a more authentic Austrian hotel in the town centre. It was the small things that annoyed me at the hotel, and it's the small details that can make a hotel stand out from the crowd and go the extra mile. Sadly, the A-Rosa didn't do that for me - a lot needs to be updated here to make this the really luxurious, five-star experience it...
