Gentleman’s Rest Bar — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

I have visited this place while I stayed at Hotel 71. I wanted to have Bangladeshi food with alcohol, but alcoholic drinks were not offered at the restaurant in the hotel. So I visited here. But my hope could not come true. It was the first time for me to visit Bangladesh. So I wanted to try Bangladeshi beers such as Forster's or Hunter. But what they offered me was Cuss, Korean beer. I have asked the staffs about Bangladeshi beer several times. But they told me that they didn't have the ones. I was so sad and wondered why I had have Korean beer in Bangladesh. According to its website, it says "you have full access to our Swadhika restaurant menu (10% SC applicable)." But this was not true. They could offered me only some. And the food they offered me was not Bangladeshi food, I think it was Chinese food. Why did I have to eat Chinese food in Bangladesh?? Of course, I also asked the staffs whether they could offer Bangladeshi food or not. Then they answered me that they could not offer because it was the bar. So, as my suggestions to this bar... They'd better have Bangladeshi beer and food. Paper-based Menu should be prepared. Because it is difficult for person, who is not good at speaking English, to have an English conversation in English in that loud & noisy place.
