"I stayed at HOTEL DHAKA CITY INN for a 3-day business conference, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with quick access to major attractions and transportation hubs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional.

The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the roadside. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, which helped me stay on top of my work. They also offer a complimentary breakfast with plenty of options, from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and sausage.

Very bad and disgusting experience. Service very poor, staff not cordial.price is high compare to their room condition, minimal basic need.Floor was damp, furniture, electricity point, washroom very old.there was no toilet tissue,washroom light was out of service.very surprising, no one came to make a solution inspite of several times informing them.Room rent was 3000 BDT but there was no minimum hospitality. They receive the payment first.It is a matter of regret that they did not provide us dish for eating despite of request,there was none to help us us during checked out.Front desk manager was very simple and blunt about these problem.unbelievable!!!. Terrible experience! Worst use of money! When I entered the room (Room#1003), everything was messy, bed stuff was used as someone used last night but when I requested to change, they changed after one hour(!!!). No slipper, no towel. The bathroom was dirty even though the flush did not work. After my frequent request, they fixed it around 12:00 pm. If you can sleep with the disgusting sound of heavy vehicles throughout the night or if you do not need to sleep, you can choose.

When I checked out, I told the front desk staff about my terrible experience, they simply said one word 'sorry'.

I wish the top authority of this hotel will take immediate steps to improve the service.
